Excellente auberge, dortoirs très confortables et salle de bain très spacieuse et agréable avec eau chaude et savon ! Nous étions 3 et avions l'auberge pour nous, c'était tres agréable Le personnel est hyper sympa, ils servent le petit dej jusqu'à 10h30 dans la cuisine à disposition, qui elle aussi est très bien à utiliser. Un peu excentré mais tout est accessible à pied sans soucis
Kleines Hostel etwas außerhalb von Mérida. Einrichtung der Küche ist super, der Aufenthaltsbereich ist sowohl drinnen als auch draußen sehr schön. Das Frühstück war etwas sehr minimalistisch, aber ansonsten haben wir uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen

Gorgeous hostel, softest sheets, best pillows (omg maybe better than my own at home), proper towels and blankets, best mattresses, spacious and custom-built, incredible bathrooms with rainforest showers (hot!), and a cute kitchen. Mixed bag with regards to social vibes: staff are delightful and I made a few good friends in the dorm, but there was an older couple who kept playing loud videos late and night and were generally not very considerate.
The hostel is wonderful, beautifully furnished and really tidy. The location is great and the owners are exceptionally helpful and welcoming. Definitely stay here!
Un des meilleurs hostel que j’ai fait au Mexique ! Les parties communes sont très propres et très modernes, les chambres et les lit sont de bonnes qualités, avec tout ce qu’il faut ! Les serviettes sont incluses, ainsi que le petit déjeuner, préparé avec amour par le personnel! Le personnel est vraiment très gentil, ils sont à l’écoute, et aiment partager des choses avec vous! Je recommande à 100% Merci pour tout !
I loved it there! All the sights are within walking distance. Very tasty local restaurants just around the corner. It's a relatively new hostel with lots of amenities that I haven't seen in other hostels. The staff/owner is a nice guy who I had lots of cool conversations with. All in all, just great!
Loved this place. Beautiful building and big sleeping dorm with enough space. Alfonso was a really kind host, who took the time to give lots of helpful recommendations. Would definitely come back!

Amazing Hostel in terms of comfort and equipment, comfy beds, great bathrooms, equiped kitchen, everything perfect! Only negative points for me were the walking distance of about 20 minutes to the city center and that it's not the most social vibe, hard to explain why.
BEST SHOWERS IN MEXICO! good coffee every morning, friendly staff, nice pool, quiet dorm! if you're chasing something social then I suggest elsewhere
Despues de estar en otros 2 hostales en Mérida al final encontré el iktan con buenísimas camas buena privacidad buenos espacios también regaderas, fue mi hostal favorito, no se sentía como un hotel en donde todos se mueven en automático se sentía mas genuino ademas se siente muy buena vibra se los recomiendo esta buenisimo 🤟🏻🙂↔️
The staff is amazing. The location is pretty far from the centre. The pool is not maintained.

Il ragazzo in reception molto simpaticoe disponibile, mi ha dato un sacco di consigli molto utili! Letti comodi ma un po' rumorosi. Danno coperta se si ha freddo con l'aria condizionata, asciugamani e una semplice colazione. Rapporto qualità prezzo buono. Forse non il massimo per uscire da sola la sera (bisogna camminare 15/20 minuti per raggiungere la piazza e la zona più viva del centro) ma in compagnia nessun problema.
Oh that EDUARDO...he LOANED me his own personal VY-A-VEN card to use for a couple of days when I was having problems buying one of my own. There's no place in the hostel to get away from the loud continuous sound track of the 'classic' hard-rock English hits from the 80's and 90's the jovial staffers obviously love. I suggest they restrict the music playback to the front reception area, leaving the common rooms, dormitory and outdoor pool area quiet (except for special occasions).
What a lovely hostel. Honestly one of the nicest ones that I had in Mexiko. It was very clean and the dorm had a lot of space. I can only recommend and would come back for sure.
Really nice and cozy hostel. Best shower I had in Mexico so far! It’s a smaller hostel why it’s a bit quieter. Staff and volunteers were super nice and helpful. It’s a 20min footwalk to the center. Can recommend :)
Pool is incredible, rooms lovely, very clean and comfortable, great value for money. Feels a little more like a hotel in that it isn't very social but that suited us well. Staff lovely, location just a bit of a walk to main town, so not a load going on nearby. Worked well for us as a nice getaway within walking distance to all that is going on in Merida, and a nice comfortable stay to come back to.
