Hotel Jardín Mérida

+ The room was very spacious and clean. I think I was the only guest so a bit strange being there all alone at night. Lovely staff and breakfast suited me well

- It was a little noisy as near a busy road

+ NADA, se ve mejor en fotos de lo que es realmente. No había agua y nadie atendió el problema. Ni se deberían vender como hotel porque es una casa de huéspedes. Todo nefasto, sucio.

- Todo, absolutamente estuvo horrible

- problemas con el A/C, tuvieron que cambiarnos de habitacion

+ buen desayuno, consistente en fruta mixta, pan de dulce y café, yo le añadí una tostada de aguacate muy rica

- en realidad me sentí muy cómodo

+ La ubicación era la ideal porque iba a visitar a mi familia.

- Nunca dieron instrucciones de como sería el ingreso al hotel, se llamó a los números que hay disponibles y no contestaron. El servicio al cliente de Booking me ayudó también a tratar de contactarlos y no hubo éxito, hasta mensaje enviaron y nada. Estuve más de hora y media tratando de obtener respuesta y nada. Tuve que realojarme en otro hotel, y durante ese trascurso fue cuando me escribieron de como ingresar a la habitación, ni me contestaron cuando les respondí. Eso fue un total descaro y poca atención a sus reservas.

+ Safe parking lot, good choice for 1-2 night stay.

- The bed was surprisingly short, even for someone my height (5'5" or 165cm). Breakfast was limited to one option: a super dry muffin, a plate of fruit with a tiny bit of yogurt and granola, plus coffee and juice. They did let me swap it for a small portion of just yogurt and granola, but that might get old after a few days. A bigger issue was that they didn't empty the trash. This is a problem because in Mexico, you're required to dispose of toilet paper in the trash bin, not the toilet. Getting into the place was a hassle the first day. We didn't get the access code until we arrived and had to call for it. It would have been much easier if they'd sent it ahead of time.

- Malheureusement nous étions côté route et donc il y avait du bruit

+ Sehr nettes Personal und super Frühstück. Wir haben extra was dazu bestellt und waren begeistert. Sehr sehr lecker und preiswert! Das Bett war sehr groß und bequem.

- Unser Zimmer war verstaubt und das Bad war nicht sauber und verschimmelt. Müsste mal ordentlich durchgeputzt werden.
