i only serious issue is the freakin mosquitoes. i spent the first hour trying to catch em all. i used a Jacky Chan technique to catch it while flying. killed 6 just in my bed. but they keep respowning anyway so i just accepted my fate and slept. woke up with over 10 bites, just 1 night. i was an open buffet for them. the hostel put a small vape device that does nada. it probably gave them a high only.

Everything great!

Cero vibe of a hostel, people live there.The toilet in my room was this typical Chinese with a home on the floor and the shower in the same space. I don't feel really comfortable with this, but the bed was comfortable with AC.The hostel has a common dinning room and the subway is around 8 minutes walking, also a convenience store is downstairs.

Not a bad place. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Location is excellent right next to the major downtown areas. Place has an overall chill vibe, just a little dirty in some areas like the bathroom but hey it’s a hostel

Horrible wifi. Okay location, nice and helpful staff. Ah i didnt have a lot of hostel options so i ended up here.

I really recommend you pay the extra dollar to go for the standard room, which has a window; otherwise there is a high chance that the ceiling will be moldy. Also credit card/foreign bank account-Alipay was not accepted - have your cash ready if you're 外国人. However, when both of our lockers didn't work, the receptionist let us change to beds with working lockers no problem. Also the lounge is really nice, bathrooms are mostly clean and the location of the hostel is also pretty decent.

Decent hostel, clean rooms and a good location. No western toilets and certainly not a social hostel, but that is just China.

I have stayed at this Hostel previously before COVID, and it was amazing! A few changes now and they are upgrading and performing maintenance to the facility, rooms, etc. a bargain price for the location. Lots of improvements on the way. The neighbourhood is fantastic. Several convenient amenities, super close to the metro, and CBD area. The beds are comfortable, friendly staff, nice common room area, super chill. I recommend you give this place a try.

Cleanliness was non-existent, the showers stank and I found a live cockroach in my bed. IT HAS BEEN THE WORST HOSTEL OF MY LIFE

I spent few nights at the hostel.. It is mostly value for money because the location is really good but the atmosphere and the status of the room could be better. So, in my opinion it could be considered as a placa to sleep mainly. Private toilet is a plus.

The place is old and run down

No seated toilet, most people there are long stay residents, barely any fellow travellers

Location is not ideal at all, pretty far from the nearest metro station. Atmosphere doesn’t encourage socializing with other travelers. It’s decent nonetheless. Staff was okay, facilities too. Most memorable experience was the small restaurant down the building and its lovely tenant. The cantonese dishes are great.
