Super lieber Gastgeber
Propriétaire adorable. L'endroit est paisible, parfait pour ceux qui cherchent du calme loin des auberges de party. À l'extérieur du quartier touristique de Hoi An et ça se voyage bien en moto ou Grab. Possibilité de faire des cours de cuisine aussi. Je recommande!
So it was really disapointing. First of all in the web says clearly that they have a suttle service to Hoi An, which it doesn't exist, then the room had ants everywhere and the bathtub had a whole so the bathroom was getting full of.water every time you shower. Then it was saying that there was a restaurant. I asked for some food, they told me that only fried chicken which consisted in 2 deep fried chicken legs as in KFC with white plane rice. Meanwhile they were having some see food..Not worthy
overall a nice , relaxing place to stay and the owner was lovely . It is pretty far away from everything but if you dont mind a walk or can drive a moped / scooter then its pretty good . The room could have been a bit cleaner but it was fine for 2 nights . Also if you like animals , then you will love the dog , 2 cats and the fish they have
We had a lovely stay! It is a little bit outside the center, but you kind of live with the vietnamese people. And the owner is really nice!!
Immensely satisfied with our stay. 10/10 for everything. Lai was so welcoming and helpful, it was cheap and easy to rent a scooter and the location was good for the beach and hoi an old town. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable and Lai will go above and beyond to help you with anything from booking tours and buses to good recommendations for places to go. Truly a hidden gem!
Lai and his son Bao were very accommodating and friendly, made us feel part of the family straight away. About 15 minutes to the town centre but can rent a scooter or taxi so not an issue for us. The rooms were clean and had hotel style, very good value for the price. 100% recommend for a homestay family feel whilst maintaining high quality service!
Hands down one of the best places I have ever stayed. Lai and his son Bao were both so welcoming and kind, and really treated us like family. This place is great for meeting both locals and other travellers. We felt as a part of Lai's family from the second we arrived to the second we left.
Parfait Le lieux est super, calme et beau Le propriétaire et sa femme sont adorables La chambre est top, propre et les lits sont confortables À 15 mins du centre de Hoi an et pas très loin de la plage aussi donc parfait pour nous Location de scoot aussi possible
Had a lovely stay here. Lai and his son were friendly and helpful. Even took us to the airport the morning we left and made us a breakfast to go. It isn’t in the centre which we already knew but one thing to note if booking. However we rented moped from Lai and it was only a 15 minute drive into the centre. There was a power cut one evening but wasn’t their fault as was something to do with a power line. Was offered a discount due to this when we decided to extend another two nights.
Very helpful and nice staff. Highly recommend for people looking for accommodation with a calm atmosphere.
The bungalows are so beautiful and the host is the best. He is a very good cook and always makes sure that you are having a good time. Just be aware that it’s far outside the city centre and there is not much around (no restaurants/ cafes) but there are bicycles for free and scooters for rent. It’s the perfect location if you are looking for a calm place to stay.

Our stay with Lei was fantastic! He os an amazing host and anything you may need he can source; cooking lessons, rental scooters, a tattpp artist (with a discount) and much more! This is more a quiet homestay vibe and is a 15min drive from Hoi An Old Town. The bungalows are so cute and very clean. Lei even picked us up from Da Nang airport and cooked us dinner on the first night! I would 100% recommend this stay if you're looking for a cute quiet budget stay.
