Hotel 31

This is my second stay at Hotel 31 and I have no complaints! Functioning elevator, windows that open, hot water, quiet guests, kind staff, and great location. I'll be back!

Great hotel at cheap price compared to others in the same area. Good amenities such as daily cleaning, private bathrooms, free wifi, and free luggage storage after checkout. Some improvements could have been made like removing the smoke smell in the gallery, providing free water bottles to rooms etc.

Great! Has everything I need and a great budget price. I slept well and feel ready to dive into the City the next day. Will book again!

Tiene una buena ubicacion pero nos toco con gente muy Rara la habitation limpia pero vi cucarachas también no hay como una sala de espera pero dejan guardar las maletas

This hotel was exactly what I needed for my stay in NYC. It was conveniently located, close to the train, the room was clean and quiet. This is definitely on the top of my list for places to stay anytime I need to come to NYC.

Good place and near to the 5th Avenue. They offer keep your laugage after check out.

You get a lot for the price you pay. The location is great and the bathrooms and rooms are clean and staff is good and accommodating to most things. There is just a bit of an old building smell but I bought some febreze and it fixed it for Me. And the windows open.

A great option for the money in a great location.

It is absolutely THE hotel for if you want to be in the city and don't want to break your wallet. Beds were a little small (personally), but they had a fridge, nice shower, AC, and radiator heater in our private bedroom. We were a couple blocks from the subway and close to all of the hot spots while being far enough away to not be crowded. My partner loved the atmosphere and vibe of the hotel and the staff was fairly friendly during our stay. For a last minute trip to NYC this place was great.

Excelente Ubicación

Hotel super recomendable calidad/precio. Esta super bien ubicado, con metro al lado. Tienes cafeterías y restaurantes cercanos y grand central station a 10 mins andando. Está un poco viejo, pero cumple perfectamente con tus necesidades si vas a estar todo el dia de turismo por la ciudad y poco tiempo en el hotel. A destacar la limpieza de la habitación.

Very good location, just a few steps away from the subway and close to many famous attractions, which made getting around very convenient. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the room was comfortable. Overall, I had a pleasant and comfortable stay and would recommend this hotel to travelers looking for accessibility and comfort.

Affordable, clean room, double beds, and be of hall with private bathroom easy access to subway, walkable, and close to food. Also away from the high traffic tourist spots. Feels like the real New York.

Walls are paper thin and we had some loud neighbors. No soap dispenser in the bathrooms to wash your hands (we bought a bottle of hand soap and it was stolen immediately). No hook for hand towel in the room and the AC unit sounded like a dying piece of construction equipment. Things in the bathroom kept breaking but were fixed quickly at least. The location was superb though and it was the best value in the area by a good deal so overall I'd consider staying again despite issues.
