Roseta Hostel

Felt like home :)

The hostel is incredibly peaceful and the host is very kind. Perfect place to explore Baia Mare's countryside and the rest of the Maramures region. Highly recommend :)

Marius, the host, was extremely kind, welcoming, and open. We felt incredibly at home and shared two lovely dinners together with marius. The place is beautiful, located not too far from Baia Mare, in the middle of nature and surrounded by open fields. There’s a pool where you can refresh yourself after a day of hiking or exploring the surrounding area. The kitchen is well equipped and the whole hostel is clean and comfortable. We only stayed at Roseta Hostel for two nights but we had a great experience! The area is beautiful and Marius is a lovely host! He was very helpful and even showed us around Maramureș. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

A wonderfull place and an amazing owner. It is a treasure in the middle of nature

My stay in Roseta hostel was very very nice. The place is great, in the nature, quiet. You can cook there as well. Marius proposed to me to pick me up at the bus station in Baia Mare. He even drived us to visit some places around. If I had more time, and no bookings the day after I would have stayed longer. Marius like company, discussing, making joke. It's very pleasant.

Marius is a really welcoming host, arranging and open for nice talks. If you planned to stay overnight near Baia Mare, I definitely recommend his place.
