Very beautiful place and location. typical noise for a hostel and everyone seems to be very respectful when coming late at night :) no kitchen, laundry and very limited social spaces which can be annoying since ur obviously not allowed food up there so make sure u make a plan of when and where to eat

The staff are very helpful, and the cleanliness is great, I stayed for 11 days and for most of that time everyone on my floor was quiet and respectful, except for two days when that was not the case. The ceilings are open, so it can be noisy or bright in the room depending on if the people around you are considerate. There are no elevators, so be sure that you can do stairs before you book. Also, it would be nice if there were a microwave.

I loved the location for this hostel! Set up was nice, and so were staff. However, if you are a light sleeper I wouldn’t recommend it. I didn’t realise each room has an open ceiling so you can hear everything inc. doors opening and closing a lot of the night. Barely slept here, which is a shame as I was really looking forward to having a more private space. Generally was clean but no space to socialise with others as there alsoseems to be a sense of keeping yourself to yourself unfortunate...

I will definitely be back!!! The place was amazing, clean, cute and definitely worth its cost!

Ostello molto pulito e silenzioso (la strada non si sente tranne qualche sirena) in una posizione strategica. I letti sono comodi e i bagni spaziosi e puliti. Due piccole pecche: le porte delle “stanze” sono rumorose e quindi se c’è via vai si sente, e la lounge per i pasti è molto piccola. Nel complesso è stata comunque un’ottima soluzione e consiglio per soggiorni brevi!

The place was so cute ad pleasing to the eye . I had difficulty with my credit card then a nice man used three of his credit cards to assist me while I gave him cash . Another system needs to be put in place for card usage. One minor addition there should be be a higher hook for longer coats in the room . I appreciate the ear plugs and the eye coverage and the robe and slipper were nice also and the towel. Perhaps larger robes would be nice . For the first time using a hostel it was nice .

Great hostel but the shared spaces while having a private room is just bad. I could smell my neighbor and HEAR them... Two people in my hallway were snoring and sound and smells travel very easily in this place. Its a luck of the draw to get good neighbors so keep that in mind. Outside of the noise and smells the place was 5-stars

Great location, cabins are clean, comfortable and private. The cabins are open at the top so you can hear everything going on around you, although they do provide ear plugs it can still be quite loud at times, especially since it is necessary to slam the doors to close them properly. The guest 'lounge' is a basement room with a vending machine and a few tables so there's nowhere to hang out or get to know people. If you're looking for a place to crash in a good location then you'll be happy here

Thoroughly enjoyed my 4-night stay. Comfortable bed & well-designed rooms. Great, easy-to-find location near Soho sights/shopping. Not the best spot for meeting people—minimal communal space, everyone keeps to themselves. "Lounge" was a bit loud for working. Luggage storage was a great perk. Staff is extremely kind & always available. Felt very secure coming back late. Loved the robe and slippers and the bathroom toiletries provided smelled amazing! The small touches added a lot of value.

Good location and a good concept for a hostel experience overall. I booked this to get a break from staying in a 6 bed dorm so I could get some rest and privacy when staying in nyc but I think it’s actually noisier here than a 6 bed dorm. Just be aware that there will be hoovers and cleaning at all times of the day and you will hear it all no matter how good the ear plugs are! I also had two very heavy suitcases to bring with me up to the third floor and there was no lift.

Best hostel for introverts lol, rooms are tiny but comfy and with great linens, the noise is unavoidable by how the rooms are set-up. But for the price, privacy and location it's a great deal. 10/10 would stay again!

I enjoyed the space and it was good for a couple nights stay. A bit overpriced. Bed was comfortable and the room had enough space for my bags. I would describe the room as closer to a pod or capsule than a private dorm. You do have a full door that locks but the walls do not go all the way to the ceiling. I stayed on the women+ floor and I think there was around 30 rooms. They do provide ear plugs and a sound machine to help with the noise. I would stay again but probably not at full price.

Loved the place! Great interior, comfy bed (little small for tall people), clean showers/restrooms and beautiful location! The only two things that I didn’t like were that there is no hangout place and that you can hear everything on the floor you’re at! The doors are really loud (maybe put signs on them to close quietly). Would sleep here again if it’s a bit cheaper.

Bit costly, for just a bed with small cabin. This hostel does not have laundry facilities, kitchen ( basic this that a hostel should have) and for drinking water I had to go to basically there basement. I had really good experience in HI and Samseung hostel during my stay in UAS.

Very comfortable and clean place, reminded me lots of Japan. There are a lot of capsules in the rooms so noise from other guests can be annoying (ppl talking on phone etc). There isn't a social area so it's more of a calm place to recharge and sleep before heading out. Showers and restrooms were clean. You do have to pay for lockers to hold items for after checkout even though I paid money to stay there.

A bit over priced for what you get but I highly recommend staying here. It’s in a great location, you get your own private room, clean modern facility’s but keep in mind it very very small. Hard if you have a lot of luggage or big suitcase. You also have to keep very quiet. No phone calls when in your little room, loud talking or loud eating. Headphones must be worn when scrolling phone to not disturb others around you. I think it great, it’s just a place for sleeping if you’re out all d...

The property was super clean and cozy! My biggest comment is regarding the staff - they were incredibly nice and accommodating. I got injured on my trip and they moved me to a lower floor to make it easier for me to get around and avoid using the stairs. I also enjoyed the white noise machine which was a very nice touch. My only note is that there is no full “ceiling” rather there are slats but I understand that this is for air circulation.
