Hostel Center Madrid

Llegué y no hay check in después de las 11 pm Se retrasó el vuelo y tuve que buscar otro hospedaje a las 3 am nadie da soporte y de todas formas me cobraron la noche que no use

El personal, de lo más lindos!

The hostel is quite peculiar, it's only on the ground floor. The bathrooms aren't very safe; in fact, there was an old man showering in the women's bathroom. It's not comfortable; there's nowhere to hang clothes or towels, no place to put shampoo, soap, or anything like that, and the doors are transparent. I say the bathroom isn't safe because the entrance and exit door is sliding. It does have 24-hour staff and a small but functional kitchen. I forgot a towel.

Posizione ottima, a pochi passi dalla Gran Vía, e prezzo ragionevole. Bagni puliti, ma lo staff all’arrivo non mi ha mostrato l’ostello, ho dovuto trovare da sola bagni e camera e ho dovuto pagare 2€ per un asciugamano. La cucina non ha fornelli e mancano cose basiche come i tovaglioli. Lo staff inesistente, l’ambiente tipico “da ostello” dove si socializza, anche. It looked more like a back room / storage room behind the front desk. Unfinished floors, no hand towels in the bathroom, super watery sink area. The beds were comfortable and clean. Kitchen area is small but sufficient. Doesn't feel to overwhelmingly in the center, but a short walk to the busy parts of the city.

I paid €60 for one night in the female dorm. The room was really small and the beds were not really in good condition. The doorknob was half broken and looked and felt like it could fall off at anytime, which made me feel unsafe. Bathroom sinks were broke. The hangout area closes at 23.00, which is unconvenient. The kitchen didn’t have a stove and was very small too, so cooking wasn’t really possible. The staff didn’t speak english which was a bit difficult and the general vibe was just ...

Good place if you just want to sleep, really clean and perfectly situated in the city but there is nothing to chill at the place, just a really small room with a few tables/chairs but that’s it.

Not very clean, strange shower, no body soap... and expensive. At least its in the center of the city. And also a rude reception 😁

so locationwise this hostel is good but there are a few points that made me regret the choice of this hostel: 1) i booked an only female 4 beds room, but i got a mixed room with 6 beds (they offered me a refund but they kind of made it more complicated than it had to be) 2) the female bathroom had (in the time i stayed there) 1 broken shower and 1 broken tap which made it sometimes a bit difficult considering its a shared bathroom for all females. 3) this hostel was 0 social in my eyes

Ubicación ideal, el personal muy atento, pudimos guardar el equipaje cuando llegamos y el día que nos fuimos. Un 10 en todo. Muy recomendable.

Buena ubicación, es lo que ves en las fotos, es correcto no mucho más, si viajas solo un embole

Bonne auberge, bien située (pas loin de cibeles), propreté correcte, personnel sympa et flexible.

To be honest for the price and location it’s fine. As long as you don’t need to shower because it is see through, although separated by gender. Not a social hostel but again, if you’re just there for a short period it’s good

Muy buena Ubicación cerca a todos los lugares turísticos. Camas cómodas y limpias Precio muy Cómodos No me agrado las duchas son pequeñas, poco incómodas, transparente, No hay donde colocar el Jabón, la toalla. Por lo demás. Todo bien

Super expérience dans cet hostel ! L'accueil est incroyable et on s'y sent tout de suite comme à la maison. L'équipe est vraiment fantastique

J’ai passé une nuit agréable. L’établissement est bien situé, la chambre est correcte (il y avait juste le casier qui n’était pas top) mais aussi un problème avec une des douches où le robinet thermostatique ne fonctionnait pas.

I arrived at the hostel, got my room, took a dorm, and it turns out you can't even close the door to the room! I've been to many hostels in many countries and I've never encountered anything like this. And of course they sell locks for 3 euros and that's your only way to keep your things safe. There's not even a door to the room The girl at the reception was very passive aggressive Hidden in fake niceness. And she just immediately told me okay then go somewhere else at 8:00 PM with a fake smile

Bien situé mais peu équipé. Seulement 2 douches, avec une porte en verre donc peu d’intimité. Le mobilier des chambres était en mauvais état.

My biggest thing was, why were the showers made of see-through glass in a shared bathroom for all the guests???? (Gender separated tho) Privacy was zero. Had to hope you could cover enough with draping clothes and towels over the side or you shower with hot water so the steam covers you a little. Weird choice. Overall the rooms were nice and have key cards which I like. The staff are not over welcoming but they are nice enough.
