Internet no funcionó. He estado en cápsulas y estas son de la peor calidad, son ruidosas crujen, no funcionan los servicios en la cápsula. El ambiente raro la gente cerraba los baños y se quedaban con la llave. Me cobraron 10 euros por arriendo de una toalla. Todo mal. No lo recomiendo

Excellent location, really clean and great facilities. I went at a really quiet time, but could imagine it being noisy with the pod door openings if more people were around, but you'll be fine with ear plugs (which are essential for me in any shared dorm anyway). Staff were really quick to respond when I needed assistance

Nice place. Very clean, comfy beds, capsule is spacious. Friendly staff and good central location too.

No staff in the place and I had trouble with my "self check-in", nowhere safe to put my luggage, bathrooms too far away, terrible atmosphere (the place was full of warnings and threats instead of welcome messages) and you can't wear shoes. I would gladly pay more money to be somewhere better.

facilities horrible terrible not at all satisfied there is no staff on site to discuss the issues.The TV was not working. back-and-forth Emails did not resolve the issue. What annoyed me more was the person responding to my emails, lied to me saying that the TV was working in the morning which is not true because there was a problem with the remote (drained leaked batteries) if the remote is not working, then how will the TV turn on, it was a blatant lie. The Hostal needs to be more professional

Okay location; the pods were nice to stay in, and rather cool, but the TV didn't work. No staff on-site. Felt very secure to get into the location, and the location was great. Not a social environment with no activities available. Not really any facilities available and the bathrooms aren't the best. Nice kitchen, though.

We could not make it to the north side of the island because of the weather and road closures. I contacted them and they responded if I could change the date. I told them I couldn't since we had to be in Reykjavik the next day and be ready for our flight. No responses since. Could have told me, sorry we can't do anything for you, but instead I saw the charge go through my credit card. Wish they had better communication.

Great location and the pods are very cool. Clean facility with everything you could need. We enjoyed our 2 night stay. Would return!

this was such a cool experience and affordable. the pods are actually spacious enough and not hot. the location is perfect and Akureyri is such a cute town. Wish i stayed longer!

Cool experience. The capsules are comfortable and clean. The kitchen is well equipped. Everything, including the bathrooms, seem like new. Perfect location.

Loved our stay! So comfy, nice owners, calm and pleasant! Only downfall is the water doesn’t smell very good in the bathrooms. Other than that, totally would recommend!!

What a great spot. First off, it's right in the middle of the tourist district. Next, the pods are a welcome break from typical dorm bunks and though they do get a bit warm, so nice to have your own door plus stairs instead of ladders. The staff (owners I think) were on top of everything and seemed to be working endlessly. Parking is easily found just down the street, groceries a few minute drive away and restaurants / shops all around. Washrooms / showers are all singles and were spotless and...

I had a lovely stay, it was a new experience sleeping inside a pod but it was well worth it. Everything was very clean and the staff was really freindly! It felt like coming home at the end of a day. Loved staying here.
