A very comfortable stay, the owners were amazing!
30th Aug 2025 I’m writing this review a little late, but the experience was so special that I still felt the need to share it even after a few months. a really nice and clean hostel. hard to find on the street as it is on level 4 of the hotel. the couple who own it are super lovely and helpful. only thing is there’s no charging ports next to the beds and no curtains
Solid hostel with a gorgeous view. The lovely Persian couple that run and own the hostel were very kind, and cooked a great breakfast for us each morning! They have a cute kitty called Tala staying in the hostel too! The pool is a great addition to this stay, super clean and great sun-beds and umbrellas!!! Just a heads up, the couple do sleep in the dorms with you, which wasn’t necessarily a bad thing, but something I would have liked to know before I booked my stay here. A/C in dorms too :)

Clean place and lovely hosts. Easy to meet people since everyone gathers around the sofa. Nice stay with good views!
Well for starters our hosts Amir and Kiana were very hospitable . They showed us the local supermarket, local currency exchange, laundry etc . They really helped us get around and go to the right places . They also provide food at the property and trust me it’s lovingly delicious . The journey to the hostel was a little hard as it’s in a little secluded street . But once we arrived we were rewarded with a penthouse view of the ocean from their balcony. Absolutely loved my stay! The owner is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made me feel right at home. The location is perfect — close to everything but still peaceful. The rooms are super clean, the air conditioning works great, and the whole place has a cozy, relaxed atmosphere. Bonus: from the rooftop on the 4th floor, you get an amazing view — perfect for watching the sunset. Highly recommend!
Stunning views and fantastic hosts. The dorm room and bathrooms were exceptionally clean and the common area had a nice breeze. If you get the opportunity to join Amir and Kiana for a meal definitely take them up on it! They have a small kitten which was very cute. Dorm room was peaceful and quiet as it’s off the main road with easy access to the beach and main strip of mirissa. 10/10 would stay again.
Had an amazing stay. The hostel is clean, peaceful, and full of good vibes. The lovely couple who run it are truly kind, thoughtful, and made me feel at home. Everything was well organized and cozy. I only wish the dorm lights were white instead of yellow, but that’s just personal taste. Big thanks to the wonderful hosts for creating such a warm and welcoming place! Hope to come back.

Die Unterkunft ist eigentlich ein Hotel. Das Dorm ist noch nicht fertig und alles dort sehr dreckig. Ihr solltet ausschließlich als Gruppe hin, dann kann es wirklich cool werden. Ich war alleine da und außer mir war keiner da. Man kann das riesige Zimmer nicht abschließen und ich hab plötzlich sehr viel Angst gehabt, was ich normalerweise nicht habe.

Excellent hostel at a reasonable price, with the best view, quiet, and only a 2-minute walk to the beach.
By far this is one of the most beautiful scenic for a brand new hostel located on the 4th floor. 5 min walk to the shops and the beach away from the hustle and bustle. they have a massive pool that is accessible between 8 am till 7pm.. the owners are super nice and helpful, even went that extra mile to show us the area and other friendly cafes like yasi's surf lodge located next to the foodcity.
I had an amazing stay at Pandemic Hostel in Mirissa! The hostel is one big, open room, creating a social and friendly atmosphere that’s great for meeting fellow travelers. Everything is new, super clean, and well-maintained. The swimming pool adds a perfect touch for relaxing after a day out. The highlight is definitely the breathtaking view—whether you’re chilling inside or outside, the scenery is stunning. The staff is incredibly welcoming and always happy to help.
