Hotel FAS & OFF- Site Thermal Resort

One of the most noisy places I have tried to sleep so far.

I left after two hours after arriving. From the outside, the hostel looked dirty and did not feel safe. The shower had a drainage problem, causing water to stand in the shower. The smell after showering was very unpleasant, and the whole room smelled like sewage water. We could not stay in the room after we showered. Luckily, we could book another stay that same night and proceeded to cancel our stay; I am currently waiting for a partial refund in accordance with Hotel FAS cancelation policy.

No matter how long you spend in the shower, you will not feel clean. I would not recommend this to anyone I liked.

Great place with lovely added extras

This place was clean, safe, in a good location, with gated, off street parking. Breakfast was included, and it was delicious! The staff was very nice : )

We loved our stay here! The rooms are very clean and spacious. The staff was nice and friendly. Breakfast was delicious too!

This is a great little place to stay! My sister and I stayed here for two nights while touring through Costa Rica. It is a wonderful family that owns it. The father and sons are so accommodating, friendly, and helpful. The rooms are outdated a bit, but for the lovely people and the price, it was well worth it. You are right there in the center of town! They give you a coupon to go to breakfast at the Steak house, which was great! Also, we had two messages that were out of this world!!!

The rooms had what we needed, but were a little shabby and the shower had poor water pressure. Friendly staff helped us book activities and a transfer to our next location. Good breakfast and hot springs pass. We used the voucher and got a taxi/Uber to the hot springs - Terminalitas del Arenal. Not the most impressive facilities, but overall a good experience.

Bel hotel, bon rapport qualité prix. Manque un peu de confort.

Cómodo alojamiento con parking adentro. En el centro de la ciudad, todo queda cerca. Las personas que trabajan ahí son muy serviciales y amenas, y siempre dispuestas a dar indicaciones y consejos para aprovechar el tiempo en La Fortuna.
