Casa do Professor Hostel

1 étoile car 0 n’était pas possible. L’établissement est en vente donc complètement laissé à l’abandon. J’étais la seule personne à être dans l’hostel, toutes les chambres étaient vides. Quand je suis arrivée ça sentait le chien mouillé et la saleté. Des dizaines d’insectes volaient dans la chambre. Le lit n’avait pas été fait il n’y avait même pas de draps. Bref passez votre chemin.

Great little hostel - friendly staff, good breakfast, and relaxing garden with a swimming spot. Was fairly quiet when I was there but still got a nice friendly vibe from the other guests.

Lovely location on the river, and the beds had good large lockers under them. The kitchen was pretty unusable and there wasn’t a great social atmosphere but it was relaxing and chilled. Good location for exploring the dunes

Nice Hostel, the two dorms are connected so always a lot of people walking around. location really nice right on the river

Very solid and delivers on what it promises. It’s not very lavish, but the facilities are kept clean, the dorm rooms are air conditioned, they serve a free breakfast every morning, it’s super close to downtown, functional WiFi. It doesn’t offer programming like walking tours or bar crawls, but the backyard is a chill place to hang out and chat. Would recommend.

Mon auberge préféré sur Barreirinhas

The hostel was good for a night or two especially if visiting the national park. There was no party vibes just really chill.

je pense qu’on peut difficilement faire mieux en terme de qualité prix. J’ai payé il me semble dix euros la nuit, il y a une cuisine à disposition, des salles de bain plutôt modernes et propres, un billard, une table de ping pong, les chambres sont propres et il y a une bonne clim. petit déjeuner inclus. la gérante de l’auberge est très gentille et rigolote, cela dit, les autres employés sont plutôt froids (deux femmes), sauf un homme très gentil qui parle anglais! :)

Really good vibes, always had people to chat with. I love the fact there is just one breakfast table so it is sso easy tto connect with other people. The chill out area right at the river is awesome! Highly recommend

Op foto’s ziet het er een mooi hostel uit. Maar in realiteit is het personeel niet vriendelijk en is het sanitair zeer vuil.

The location is great and I loved the garden looking out to the river. The dorm was a bit stuffy but at least had air con. No ensuite, but enough bathrooms and clean. Breakfast was amazing and staff very friendly. I would definitely recommend!

a fairly chill hostel in a central location in Barreirinhas. they'll help you book tours and all so that's nice too. the laundry service is fairly expensive and overall fairly expensive hostel. included breakfast was a nice touch. would recommend to stay here

O hostel é muito bem localizado na praça da matriz, no coração de Barreirinhas. O onibus para nessa praça na sua chegada ou saída da cidade.A Casa do Professor é perto da orla e com acesso fácil para alimentação e agências de passeios. As zeladoras do hostel são receptivas e dedicadas, tanto dia quanto da noite. O café da manhã é simples, mas delicioso. E Vagalume (cachorro) e a Renata (gata) são excelentes anfitriões. Ah,o rio Preguiças passa no quintal da casa e o acesso é l...

Its a great place, it has a nice and cosy big garden from which you can jump into the river for a swim. Also there is a small pool table and a pong-pong table on the terrace. Great atmosphere! The staff was kind of friendly but not super motivated, but this probably had to do that it was a boring season withe as their only guest. Its located close to the center and on the other side of the praça theres an excellent ice cream shop;)

Espace commun superbe, dortoirs ok. Bien placé et sympa. Beau petit dej aussi.

Great location - central but peaceful. V chilled - lovely garden on river (pool in guest house, not hostel) with hammocks, pool table, ping-pong & a kayak. Kitchen w/ many utensils, filtered water. Clean & well maintained. Comfortable beds with lockers under beds (own lock req.) V good breakfast. Staff are to clean/do admin rather than socialise, but are friendly. Extended our stay.

Great hostel, definitely recommended due to its cosiness & location. Only downside are the unengaged, rather unfriendly staff

Hostel muy basico por el precio. Habitaciones compartidas de seis, para llegar a la tuya tienes que pasar por otro habitacion. Instalaciones muy viejas y en mal estado, puertas, ventanas, lavabos, etc. La limpieza muy justa tambien. Desayuno bueno y ubicacion tambien.
