Providencia Bed and Breakfast

+ Excellent location, on a quiet residential street. Less than 10 minute walk to the metro and buses. The host Ignacio was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The breakfasts were ample and delicious.

+ Ignacio, il proprietario, è una persona splendida: è estremamente accogliente e ti fa sentire il benvenuto. La zona è tranquilla, la struttura è abbastanza vicina alla metro (che si prende con facilità e in serenità con le giuste accortezze).

- Nulla! Le stanze non sono ben isolate, ma per noi non è stato un problema.

+ Loved our stay with Ignacio. He’s an excellent host, very helpful and genuine. The location is great - quiet for a city but still plenty of cafes and bars in the area. The room was clean and bed comfortable.

+ This was the most wonderful friendly place - the owners were so kind and helpful, it was a real home from home. Other good things - fantastic location, comfortable bed, hot shower - super clean and really hospitable.

+ Ignacio nos recepcionou muito bem desde o primeiro momento. Nos sentimos muito em casa. Tudo limpo, silencioso e confortável

+ Excelente localização, com um quarto muito confortável e em um prédio histórico lindo. O hotel fica numa área com muitas opções de restaurantes, bares, mercados e farmácias. Fica a poucos minutos de uma estação de metrô, facilitando muito a logística na viagem. Ignacio foi um host excepcional, nos sentimos muito acolhidos por ele. Ele não poupou esforços para nos ajudar e nos fazer sentir em casa.

- Elendig service av eier . Rett å slett skremmende oppførsel . Krevde 60-100 Euro for oppbevaring av 1 stk bagasje i et tidsrom. Uforståelig Ved betaling ønsket kontanter Euro slik at eier unngår betaling av skatt 19% til statsapparatet Chile 🇨🇱 I ettertid har jeg fått en melding og mangler av 1 stk håndklær ved avreise ( Fullstendig løgn / usannheter) Dette er avgjørende for en globetrotter som reiser over hele verden . Rett å slett en uakseptabel oppførsel.

+ 閑静な住宅街にある宿泊施設です。ドアを開けると階段があり、上った先にウェイティングルームや大きめの宿泊部屋、朝食スペースがあります。私が宿泊した部屋はさらに階段を上った屋根裏にあり、天井から床にかけて斜めになっています。コンパクトな部屋ですが、大きいベッド、テレビ、エアコン、トイレ、シャワールームがあります。ウェイティングルームにはウォーターサーバーがあり、空のボトルに水を汲んでおけます。 朝食は8時から10時の間で、朝食ルームに行くとイグナシオさん一家が出迎えてくれ、直接メニューをやりとりしました。サンドイッチか、日によってオムレツをオーダーします。熱々のものが食べれます。コーヒーか紅茶も選べます。フルーツ、クラッカー、オレンジジュースもあります。 近隣には、スーパーやドラッグストア、飲食店がたくさんあります。最寄り駅Manuel Monnttまで10分もかからず行けます。 イグナシオさんのおもてなしが手厚かったです。イグナシオさんとは英語でやりとりしました。私がタクシーで到着すると、出迎えてくれました。観光帰りにウェイティングルームで休んでいると、コーヒーを出してくれました。

- 部屋が狭く、天井が低いため、部屋の中の移動が大変です。トイレから洗面所へ移動する際、天井に頭をぶつけやすいです。 シャワーの温度は充分に上がり、水圧もよいですが、温度が上がるまで時間がかかります。シャワーの排水が悪く、5分でも出しっ放しだと水が溜まります。どうやら、溜まった水は下の部屋に漏れてしまうようです。シャワーは短い時間の利用に止め、またこまめに止めないといけません。 ドライヤーが壊れているのか、十秒使うと止まり、5分以上おいてまた使えるようになる、の繰り返しでした。 エレベーターがなく、階段も急なため、トランクが重いと階段の上り下りが大変です。特に屋根裏部屋は階段を上るとすぐ部屋のため、トランクを置くスペースがあまりありません。イグナシオさんが重いトランクの上り下りを手伝ってくれ、助かりました。 部屋にティッシュやゴミ箱はなく、自分で準備が必要です。また、机に電灯がないため、手元が暗いです。 建物の造りのためか、入り口やバスルームのドアが自然と開いてしまうことがありました。また床の軋みもあります。

+ Ignacio was the most solicit and helpful host I've ever had. He received us with a lot of enthusiasm and caring. We stayed for just one night before heading to the airport, but it was refreshing and we felt welcome.
