Friendly helpful staff, clean, good location, small comfy rooms, budget friendly without sharing room. The fan and air conditioning helped keep outside noises to a minimum. Good for a few nights on a budget. Pool rooftop lounge was relaxing. You'll have to adapt to little water pressure and cool water in the showers.

Super günstige und zentrale Unterkunft in Playa del Carmen. Zwar nicht so richtig aufs Backpacken ausgelegt, da jeder für sich ist und es keine Küche gibt. Aber wenn man eher für sich sein möchte eine hervorragende Unterkunft.

really lovely hostel. really come back here. I did a private room. it was clean and had a good bed with fresh sheets. defently come back here

Overall a great hostel if you need your own space and not looking for any social events. Location is good, near local restaurants/stores/beach. As long as dynamic pricing doesn’t get too high, this is worth it and you can socialize across the street. Things are kept pretty clean overall and WiFi is really fast downstairs in the rooms. The only downside is the cold showers as it doesn’t heat up. Otherwise this is quite a comfortable stay - nice concept!

no all the showers have water pressure. luke warm water but fine being in a tropical area. fan noise ok. not a big deal. the door has a grill vent so i had my suite case blocking light and noise. just a place to crash. getting a deep sleep compared to shared rooms in hostels

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis (Stand: April 2025) Vorteil: - Sehr gute Lage, alles wichtige wenige Gehminuten entfernt (Wallmart, Strand, Fußgängerzone, Hafen) - Saubere Unterkunft (alles aus Fließen) - Große Dachterrasse - Toaster, Wasserkocher, Microwelle vorhanden - Eigenes Zimmer für verhältnismäßig günstigem Preis - Personal freundlich Nachteil - "Küchenbereich" hat nur oben genannte Geräte. Geschirr, Teller .... nicht vorhanden. Waschbecken ebenso nicht vorhanden, ...

pretty good. I stayed just one night before my flight, and the skall rooms are fine for a night. only bad thing is how loud the fan is.

Cheap, very clean, very secure and central. I thought this was a great place to stay. Is stay there again. Powerful fan in the room rather than air conditioning, but this may have been because it was the winter and therefore cooler. I felt very safe here.

Perfect if you need some privacy and some rest. Rooms are tiny just as the description says and good for one or two nights. Shower takes a while to get warm. Fan in the room is very loud so I turned it off during the night. Staff is very friendly

After considering staying in this room for an hour, we left and were not refunded. The description says 1 King bed and 1 Twin. This is false. The “king” bed was more like a full size bed. The listed ventilation system is not air conditioning, so our room was very hot & humid. The facility smelled like poop, especially in our room. We knew that if we tried to cram 3 ppl in here we would not sleep. For the same $ we stayed at lovely Che across the street. More to say, but low character...

I'm an solo traveler l, not a party style and I appreciate cleanliness and privacy, and I felt absolutely comfortable at this place, 10 out of 10.

The staff is so nice and helpful! I like the mini rooms concept, it was perfect for me as a solo traveler. However, as an introvert I'd appreciate it if the staff could organize activities for guests to meet each other (happy hour, game night?)

Small room but very clean , good for privacy . No kitchen is a pity .

Great location close to the busy street. Rooms are very clean and quiet so you can get a good night's sleep. Paulo and Nick were very helpful and even let me check in early as the room was ready.
