Bueno, las habitaciones: el baño sin cortina te duchas y mojas todo el suelol baño si al rato quieres ir al baño te vas a mojar los pies, cafetera estuvo sucia la batidora estuvo sucia, el suelo tampoco fue el más limpio que he visto… bueno por calidad precio fatal, tuve que estar 1.5h media esperando a mi amigo a que vuelva al hotel porque no tenían llave de repuesto, ¿si pierdo la llave? Servicio bien, amables correctos. Localización bien tienes la fiesta a 20 min caminando 3 en coche...

Outstanding!! We loved it here so much! Very friendly, helpful staff, stunning and clean apartment The pool was super nice and only a 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurants! Would absolutely love to stay again some day ☺️

- Zimmer waren nicht sauber: Boden dreckig (voller Sand und Haare),in der Küche waren immer so winzige Käfer und die Duschtücher waren voller Flecken - Sehr ringhörig: direkt nebenan war ein anderes Appartement nur mit einer verschlossenen Tür abgetrennt, man konnte alles hören und auch von Aussen hörte man alles. -Eine Küche ( welche sehr schlecht ausgestattet war) aber nur ein Stuhl und kein Tisch zum essen? El departamento está muy bien equipado. Todo el equipamiento es de primera, el único detalle es el A/C, que es muy pequeño y no abastece a la habitación, sobre todo considerando lo caluroso que es Playa. Otro detalle es que el agua de la regadera se sale y es un problema cada que te bañas. No es un mal lugar para quedarse pero si considero que tienen que trabajar en esos 2 detalles. El lugar está cerca de la quinta avenida, vas a y vienes 10 min caminando o 5 min en taxi del ADO

Fabulous room & roof top pool, young attentive happy staff that spoke English well, pointed us in the right direction for the public beach, we blew a fuse cooking they fixed it, kitchen has the basics, refilled the loo paper and the coffee (don't know what those other reviews are about) - can’t complain about anything.

Cerca de la Quinta Avenida y cerca de muchas cosas de interés (restaurantes, tiendas, bares y cafeterías). El personal es muy amable y las instalaciones son muy cómodas.

Muy recomendable el lugar , está cerca de la quinta avenida de lugares bonitos para desayunar o cenar , la playa está caminando. La atención del personal es atento y servicial .

Condominio en zona tranquila, muy cerca de la 5ta avenida y de la playa. El cuarto espacioso, limpio y equipado con lo suficiente. El personal super predispuesto a ayudar y dar indicaciones o recomendaciones. Las chicas de recepción son muy amables y explicaron todo muy bien en el check in. Lo recomiendo tanto para estancias cortas como largas si estas buscando algo un poco mas alejado del ruido y del movimiento del centro. La zona del rooftop es la mejor!!

Alles war ordentlich und ok - aber nichts Besonderes. Ich finde das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt nicht ganz. Leider geht Kartenzahlung nur mit einem Aufpreis von 5%...

Las habitaciones están muy bien, tienen todo lo necesario y una cocina bien equipada. El personal del hotel es muy agradable y nos ayudaron con todo lo que necesitamos durante nuestra estancia. La zona de la piscina estaba muy bien y en general todo se veía muy nuevo. En general todas las zonas del hotel estaban muy limpias. Recomendaría el hotel y nos gustó mucho.

Excelente atencion y precio vs calidad

Upon arriving to the front desk I accidentally forgot my yeti hydration bottle. It took less then 3 minutes for it to go missing. I asked the receptionist and he stated he had handed it to me, I asked to see the video footage and he answered the cameras didn’t work. I know it’s not a big deal but it’s the principal. Amazing property, we arrived late following a delay collecting our bags. We were upgraded to a one bed apartment with a balcony. The room was huge with everything you’d need (washing machine, oven, WIFI, AMAZING AC etc) The staff were amazing, Danilo was super welcoming and ordered us a taxi whenever we needed. We stayed for 5 nights and we had no problems at all. Mare is a beautiful, clean and calm place to stay, in couple or with family. Danilo and the staff were so nice. If We come back to Playa, we’ll stay again there.

Bon établissement un peu à l écart de la 5e avenue ce qui n’est pas plus mal ! Chambre propre mais sombre et dont la cuisine manque d’équipement. Lave linge appréciable même sans étendoir. Belle piscine en rooftop ! Bon acceuil

Me encanto el estudio, muy comodo, con todo lo que necesitaba, el lugar también muy bonito y limpio. Lo recomiendo mucho, es a unos pasos de la playa y la 5 avenida.

Es ist ein sehr sauberes und schön eingerichtetes Hotel. Wobei es eher eine Art Apartment-Hotel ist, da es keine Verpflegung dort gibt. Um die Ecke lassen sich aber schnell verschiedene Cafés und Restaurants finden sowie ein Oxxo und ein 7eleven Markt. The hotel looks nice and it has a good location near 5th av. Unfortunately the room gets only cleaned once in three days. When they clean the room the toilet paper isn’t stocked up either. When we asked for new toilet paper they told us we had to buy this ourselves. We paid only 33 euro per night but originally the price is 100 euro per night. Comfy beds with a fantastic little set up in the condos kitchen and balconies Great air con and WiFi Staff couldn’t be more helpful and offered luggage storage when we needed Only slight downside is it is 20 minute walk to the main area and beaches (5th avenue) but the condos and price more than make up for this Would definitely return
