We stayed in a private room which was clean and did the job. Staff were nice and answered all our questions. Location was great. However, there was only one bathroom for a corridor of rooms which was less than ideal. The kitchen was not a place you wanted to cook in,being generally unhygienic, and the vibes were very off. Overall would avoid.

Habe meinen Aufenthalt dort abgebrochen weil ich mich wegen zwei alten alkoholikern, die dort ebenfalls zu Gast waren, sehr unwohl gefühlt habe.
+ La atención de Eva es sin dudas lo más sobresaliente, el resto del personal también es muy amable. Excelente ubicación, pegado a la playa.
- El baño es un tanto incómodo, pero no deja de ser funcional.
+ Die Lage war hervorragend, Ortskern, Strand und der Wasserfall sind fußläufig erreichbar Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich und das Zimmer war sauber. Morgens gab es kostenlosen Kaffee Sehr nettes Personal, aber Spanischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil Guter Wäscheservice, jedoch muss man etwas tiefer in die Tasche greifen
- Entspannte Autobahngeräuschkulisse gab’s kostenlos dazu, verstärkt wurde das ganze durch eine unzureichend geschlossene Wandsituation. Als Sahnehäubchen gab es jeden Morgen einen Gratisweckdienst zu früher Stunde in Form eines intensiven Kehrgeräuschs. Summa Summarum: Ohropax müssen auf die Packliste. Das Badezimmer entsprang eher der Kategorie Eigenkonstruktion. Das Waschbecken war etwas wackelig auf den Beinen. Seife und Klopapier glänzten durch Abwesenheit. Und zu guter Letzt, was uns sehr am Herzen liegt: Bitte nehmt diese kitschige Weihnachtsdeko ab

+ La atención de Eva muy amable, la localización muy adecuada cerca de todo, la cocina equipada para poder cocinar y tienen café para los huéspedes

+ Das Hostel liegt mitten in Montezuma. Es gab Kaffee morgens
- Absolut keine Haken an der Wand. Die Gemeinschaftsduschen u die Küche sind eine Beleidigung. Könnten schlimmer nicht sein. Keine Fliegengitter im Zimmer . Der Besitzer ,Amerikaner , muss hier renovieren. So geht das nicht. Es ist extrem laut, die ganze Nacht. Mopeds etc.
+ It is amazingly charming. Right in the middle of Montezuma, less than 100 yards to the bus stop and the beach, but not in a noisy area I loved the common areas and how well they worked to foster conversations with fellow travelers. Susana in the reception desks is probably the most knowledgeable person in the whole town to help you figuring out transport to your next destination.
- The kitchen area may feel outdated and the one toilet in the room may feel not enough if you have a full room. It also gets hot during the nights and for some reason I hated the ceiling fan.

I rarely leave reviews as I’m usually satisfied with hostels, but this stay left me with mixed feelings. Pros: reasonable price for dorms, very close to the beach and town, relatively clean. Cons: staff gave incorrect information (e.g. shuttle times) and bookings were impossible when the owner wasn’t there. The kitchen lacked basic items. Two long-term guests were often intoxicated, which felt uncomfortable. Overall: fine if you’re on a tight budget, but don’t expect a hassle-free sta...
We booked as a family with small kids one room with 5 beds as online indicated&descriped. By arrival, the staff wanted to have more money then on the bill owned. Reason: Because of the booking webside??Then we were given 2 different rooms, 1 shared with others with 2 free beds and another shared with 2 free beds. They ignored that we had small children with us who won't sleep alone with strangers.They were dirty,smelled distgusting,drunk people on the bench everywhere.We left witout staying!!!
