Fort Lauderdale Grand Hotel

+ The hot water was to my liking

- The room needs alot of work bed was sinking in the middle,only 1 plug beside the TV plug worked toilet seat wasnt the right size kept moving around.no fridge nor microwave

- The beds were horrible

- The property was in complete disrepair, it was not clean, bedding was tattered, broken or absent amenities

- There was loud noise all night. I heard kids crying, there was loud noise that sounded like someone was kicking a door in. There was noise all through the night .. loud talking and yelling. The price was too expensive for the type of property that’s being rented. We paid 219.00 for one night and it was not worth it all.

- Pictures online were not an accurate visualization of what the rooms looked like. Toilets didn’t flush well, dirty looking.

- The unsafe environment , specially when we got there. There were people fighting close to the hotel and we heard somebody shooting

+ I had a terrible experience staying here. There were large bugs in the bed, and I was actually getting bitten while trying to sleep. I woke up with itchy bites, which is completely unacceptable and a serious health and hygiene concern. No one should have to deal with this. The property clearly needs proper cleaning and pest control. I would strongly not recommend staying here until this issue is fully resolved.
