Baltic Travel

It's not a place to live 😭....I have sent 25 emails to baltic travel about the broken shower...cold water and bugs in bed. The response was strange and they didn't cooperate at all. By requesting multiple times to a lady sitting in reception ( barely understand anything) they change my pillow. I showed her the bugs all over...she was like I don't care. I tried to get support from you guys...but you are on the same page. Thanks for the disaster

3. Stock ohne Aufzug, altes herunter gekommenes Gebäude, eine der beiden Toiletten war ausser Betrieb, mein Zimmer hatte kein Fenster, es war kaum Wasserdruck in der ziemlich schäbigen Dusche, der Geräuschpegel war hoch, es wurde bis nach Mitternacht auf dem Gang geredet und schließlich verweigerte der Manager auch noch ein Gepäckdeponieren tagsüber. Für alldas sind 40€ eine Frechheit, ich rate also dringend ab von der Absteiger.

This room was by far the worst I've ever stayed at throughout all of my travels around the world. The worst part was the horrible, nauseating stench as soon as you enter. The room and facilities are extremely dirty with lots of bugs—so dirty that I slept in the clothes in which I arrived with my coats covering the mattress. This is the worst experience of my life traveling! I booked weeks ago (I just wanted to rest for a few hours because I had another connecting flight.) and I told them I would arrive at 24:00. I arrived after 23.00 at the address on the email and there was no sign of the hostel, I called and they didn't even bother to answer the phone( more than 10 times in 1 hour) They left me on the street in the early morning! And then I received an email saying that I had cancelled the reservation .. lie!

Excellent location in the center of Riga. Friendly staff, I like it.

The girl in reception was so nice, however, you’ve to pay a deposit of 10€ in case you lose the keys (it’s not said anywhere). Also, we had some difficulties finding the location, as is a building and the floor of the hostel is not indicated. It is the cheapest hostel you can find but it's not worth your money. I accidently booked this hostel (and couldn't cancel the booking, since it would charge me anyway). Nice place in city center.

Avoid at all cost! It is one of the dirtiest places I have ever seen and the mattresses are awful. Wi-Fi doesn’t work and a part of the staff doesn’t speak English. Literally anything else is better.
