Nice place to stay in Anuradhapura. Has some cute restaurants nearby. The beds in the dorms are fine and the dorm was really clean. Nice plus it has a pool. Staff was helpful and I could store my luggage for a day. They have nice breakfast options available too.

Hele aardige host, fijne locatie van waaruit je alles kan doen. Leuke restaurant en koffie tent op loop afstand. Toen ik er was, was er een heel gezellig sfeertje met iedereen!

We arrived and had to wait about half an hour before anyone even acknowledged us. Eventually, a form was handed to us without a word. Other guests were clearly prioritized, apparently because they had private rooms. Unfortunately, communication was difficult as English was spoken very poorly, both at reception and in the restaurant. Cleanliness was also not this place’s strongest point. Room and bathroom is very small and moldy. Not very clean. It’s not a social hostel.

Het zwembad was fijn, maar voor de rest vond ik die hostel echt niet nice. Veel te kleine dorm met schimmel voor het aantal mensen, kleine te badkamer & wc. Personeel wilde graag helpen, maar was heel chaotisch. Dus niet echt een aanrader...

De hosts Jay en Taneesh waren echt top. Ze hebben ons met van alles geholpen. Je krijgt zelfs gratis ontbijt en diner. Ook dit was erg lekker. Daarnaast was het zwembad ook heerlijk. De ligging is wat ver van het centrum maar je krijgt er wel een mooi uitzicht voor terug! Zeker een aanrader

Der Drom ist sehr klein, wie auch das Bad und die Dusche. Hat niergens richtig Platz. Es ist schwierig Leute kennenzulehrnen. Der Pool ist sehr schön.

Staff were friendly, and the location was nice but there were so many mosquitoes when I went that I could not sit outside. They bit me through my socks! Also I’m pretty sure I found bed bug bites on my arm after I left. Shoutout to the manager who was super friendly

A very nice little hostel. The 6-bed dorm is small but functional, and the air conditioning works very well. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. They have a restaurant so you can eat there, which I did every dinner.

I stayed in the low season and had the whole dorm room to myself which was a treat but also meant I didn’t meet anyone during my stay. Overall nice place with a good pool and lovely staff.

Es hat alles sehr gut gepasst. Der Betreiber war sehr hilfsbereit und hat mir sogar mein Essen, dass ich in einem anderen Restaurant gekauft hatte, aufgewärmt. Ansonsten gab es auch Hilfe dabei, den richtigen Bus in die nächste Stadt zu bekommen. Es waren nur drei der sechs Betten belegt, also alles entspannt. Würde ich wieder buchen!

Good place. Nice pool. Good location for food places but not close to sites. Staff nowhere to be found most of the time. Tried to ask about a safari, were shown a number for the owner who then never replied to our messages. Difficult to ask them for any advice on bus routes for onward travel. It felt as though the owner was away and no one else knew what to do. However, one of them was very helpful with helping me get food due to my nut allergy.

Loved the stay here, clean and a chill place to travel around from. Desmond was really helpful with info and organising transport to local attractions.

Prima hostelkamer bij hotel. Grootste pluspunt is het zwembad. Personeel vriendelijk, en kunnen helpen waar nodig maar dringen niet op. Miste wel wat haakjes in de badkamer.

Leuk plaatsje, zalig zwembad, heerlijke douche en vriendelijk personeel. Je kan ook ontbijten, lunchen en ijsjes eten en er is versgemalen koffie! Ook fiets huren kan gemakkelijk via de eigenaar. De factuur is tot in het detail in orde

We hebben onwijs genoten van ons verblijf! Mega aardig personeel, lekker eten, Desmond was super vriendelijk en heeft ons met alles geholpen (latere incheck en taxi naar volgende locatie). Kamer was ook heel mooi en schoon. Ook fijn dat er een zwembad was om af te koelen. Zeker een aanrader!
