The host has been super nice. Had the best breakfast every morning. Any questions regarding the surrounding, the host was happy to help. Would go back anytime.

Die Lage an sich ist okay, aber man kommt schlecht weg von der Unterkunft. Das größere Problem war der Hostelbesitzer, er war sehr Übergriffig (scheint am anfang ganz nett zusein) wollte mit mir alleine in seiner anderen Unterkunft im Jungle schlafen, und dort dann zu zweit seinen B-day feiern/zusammen trinken, hat mit mir eine tour zu den Tempel gemacht und mich öfters einfach von hinten umarmt musste mich öfter wegdrehen und er bot mir nachts als ich Zimmer schon war ein Treatment-Massage...

Fijne plek met behulpzame eigenaar en uitgebreid ontbijt. Hostel ligt wat afgelegen en is daardoor lekker rustig. Geen warm water, maar goede prijs kwaliteitverhouding.

The Villa is located in a forest in a Natural Green Area near the Nuwara Wewa lake. It is a Very quiet and calm place, great for nature lovers. The city center of Anuradhapura is reachable in a distance of round 10 km. At night there also stayed a watchman in the Villa. The owner was very friendly and committed to giving good advice for activities in the region. He provided a local Sri Lankan breakfest.

Als je van een afgelegen plek houdt die je rust en vertraging biedt en als je even aan de drukte wilt ontsnappen, is dit de juiste plek. De kamer is in orde, alles is er proper. Het ontbijt is bescheiden. De host woont zelf niet op die plek maar komt wanneer het nodig is en zorgt goed voor je. Er is een hulpjongen ‘s nachts aanwezig voor mocht er iets zijn. Met de fiets is het een eindje naar het centrum, maar voor wie graag fietst is dat geen probleem.

Very good host. Very nice villa. He solved all the problems we could have had and the truth is that the detail of leaving us the bikes was very good. With them we were able to go see the temples.the establishment is recommended

Had a great stay here. Our host Sampath was incredibly helpful. The property was as described and felt clean and safe with a working lock inside and outside the door. The location is about a 25 min drive from the centre but once again Sampath is very helpful arranging tuktuks in and out. Great if you want some peace and quiet. Excellent food also. Thank you!

Super leuke familie waar je slaapt. Ze willen je de beste tijd geven door leuke tours en lekker eten! Het is zeker je geld waard. Lekkere kamers met airconditioning en goede douche. Wel een beetje buiten de stad dus is wel een aanrader om samen daar te zitten want alleen is beetje saai. Ook is het wel handig om eigen vervoer te hebben.

Heerlijk rustig en persoonlijk verblijf.Er zijn maar 2 kamers dus het is kleinschalig. De eigenaar en zijn oom zijn heel vriendelijk. de eigenaar helpt je graag met jouw ideeën en plannen. Hele mooie zonsondergang gezien bij een tempel in aanbouw in de buurt. Ik had mijn eigen tuktuk waardoor ik flexibel was. Eigen vervoer wel aangeraden bij dit verblijf. Heerlijk midden in de natuur.

This was such a lovely place to stay, away from the hustle and bustle of Columbo where we had come from. Sampath went above and beyond for us to make our stay memorable and easy. He was super attentive, spent his whole day taking us around to all the key sights and more, including waiting for half an hour while we got a SIM card - the free breakfast was delicious, a proper Sri Lankana treat.
