We got a private room for a very good price. Staff are kind and friendly. Only downside is the walls were mouldy in the bedroom and shower and the drain in the shower smelt really bad.

Nice rooms and big bed. Owner was very helpful.

Absolutely rubbish. Dirty low quality double room. Gross bathroom. Nobody on the desk for hours although it’s supposed to be maned 24 hours a day. Turned my power off most of the day. No AC, hot shower, device charging or lights! Took a several hours to finally get someone to switch it back on at nearly 5 pm! Rather disgusting all around. Stay down the other end of town if you can.

The services was good and they even let us check in early. I wasn’t happy with how clean the room was. Overall I feel like it needs more work.

Correct. La chambre était sobre, point négatif ma chambre n’avait pas de fenêtre cela faisait un peu placard

Le chat de l’accueil a uriné sur mon sac, je suis condamné à puer ! 3-4 chats dans le hall d’entrée. Il faut fermer la porte des bagages qui sont garder svp attention des chambres sans fenêtres

The photos are deceiving. I don't think the bedsheets were cleaned, looked like someone else stayed there right before I arrived

Arrived early and staff kindly let us use a spare dorm to nap and shower. When we checked in formally in the afternoon, our room was not very clean and there were stains on bedsheets and towels. There was mould on the corners of the walls. However, when we told reception staff, they rectified this, offered a spare room and changed sheets and towels. Hostel was very quiet, not many people there, but this didn't bother us. Overall a few small changes away from a really nice budget hostel :)

room walls are thin , you can hear people talking from the corridor, but not too bad. Staff was great! He showed me where i could go around sapa, got me a taxi, he was excellent!

24/7 reception is really useful in Sapa, staff helped us book taxis and move rooms. Was a lot of noise from the front road and guys doing construction and the back had a barking dog. Apart from that nice place

Stayed in a family room with friends - very clean and comfy beds. The hostel was quiet when we stayed but the staff were very friendly and helped us with questions about trekking and helped us book our bus to Cat Ba.

This hostel is basic, unless you want to break your neck on entering the property be carful as the pavement is uneven and high #safety hazard. The young chap at reception was polite enough, spoke broken English. He showed us into a shared dorm even though we booked a private room. He then apologied and went to double check ‘they hadn’t over booked’ even though it’s out of season I’m sure we were the only ones there…. Such a lovely place to stay, right in the centre of Sapa. The staff were so helpful & there is an adorable hostel kitten who with no doubt want to cuddle!! Highly recommend this hostel ❤️

If you want to meet people that’s not the right hostel, however the rooms are very good and clean

The people at the service desk don’t speak english, so if you have questions and want recommendations it is hard for them to help you. Besides that, the hostel is clean and quiet (except the animals 😋) Good place to rest from a long day exploring Sapa.

There was a lot of spider web in the bathroom and we thought maybe the Ceiling was dripping cause the floor was wet?? We dont know. But the staff was amazing, kind and always helpfull!! We really enjoyed our few days in Sapa

Really lovely hostel, very clean and great location. The owner went out of his way to take us to the bus and wait for the correct bus with us. We really enjoyed our stay here.
