Very dirty, quite disgusting. AC didn’t work, fan was absolutely filthy.

Horrible place to stay!! Everything was dirty! The bed, pillow cases, blankets, towels, even the walls. When I complained, they solved the bed situation, after 24 h!!! A „sorry“ wasn’t mentioned in their „explanation“! Never again.

Hotel does not look like the photos. My room smelt of mould and cigarettes. No desk service after 5pm so I had to check myself in by choosing the card with my name on.

I would not stay here. It is very dirty. Mould and ants in the room. Staff did reclean on request but did not seem surprised when ants and mould were mentioned. They also stated that it was “out of their control” that there were ants and mould in the rooms.

Horrible place. The pictures looked nothing like the apartment, the rooms were dirty, towels stained and bedsheets stained. It smelled awful, and was very humid. Staff were unhelpful and unfriendly.

Pretty filthy. I understand this is a low cost hostel. At $22/night CAD, i know the importance of tempering my expectations. But this was the very worst facility I've ever checked into. For reference, I was on the 7th floor. Anyone can walk into the lobby after hours and take the stairs or elevator to wherever they'd like. 1. Bugs crawling on the bed linens 2. Cochroaches on the floor 3. Mold in the bathroom around the sink and window 4. Window doesn't close 5. Sheets were stained 6. Dirt ...

Great price and good location. Staff were very helpful when needed but reception not always manned. Very quiet. Rooms spacious and storage space. Towles changed every day but had stains on them and bathmat had a hole. Stains on wall but bed looked clean. Laundry service available.

This is a hotel and not a hostel but it was very nice, big and clean rooms, maybe a little off but still good location by the beach and everything you need close. Not social at all sense it’s a hotel and unfortunately our room was right outside the elevator and it was not sound proof at all. But great and we got a great deal so for a hotel at the price we got it was superb

The room I had was extremely nice. Everything worked, it was clean, has a fridge, kettle, tv, air conditioner, fan, hot shower. No problems and staff were very friendly. Also you’re very close to the beach and a grocery store.

My room was in need of a deep clean and maybe the hotel could use a remodel but you get what you pay for. Very affordable spacious private room. Location was good just a short cheap grab ride anywhere you could need to go like 12 minutes away from Marble Mountains. A 10 minute walk to the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful when they were there. They spoke great English. Some nice restaurants right next door. Plenty of convenience stores very close too.

Prime location, friendliest staff (who support with anything) and comfortable sleep. Highly recommend if in Danang!
