Hostal Cisne by Nest

It’s in a good location. Very easy to check in but you do need to do it online because although staff is inside there’s no way to reach them from the door. Rooms are clean. Atmosphere is lively can be a bit loud but it’s Ibiza. There’s a kitchen. Most rooms have sinks and mirrors in them but mine did not. The bathroom on the 4th floor only had cold water however the other floors had hot water.

Terrible place... if you fart quietly in your room only your floor will hear you, but if you relax and do it loudly, you'll be heard in the cafeteria on the corner.. tinny walls, you cant sleep you hear everything whats happening arround.. there is no heeting or cooling system in the rooms, totally different than its on the pictures.. for the money they ask you can find better place to stay..

Overall a good stay for the price. Clean rooms and bathrooms, towels included, hot water in the showers, lock downstairs on the door and on room doors- meets all the basic needs. Walls are very thin and it is quite noisy, and we were never able to reach the "24 hour" reception - we tried to both call and go in person for minor things (toilet paper and paper towels out in bathroom, water machine out of water). Overall would stay again because of the low cost, but wouldn't hang out there.

For the price, it was good. Is it a good hostel? That subjective I would say it’s okay for a few short days no longer.

Was left outside standing couldn’t access property when arrived no one would answer to give me an access code so my day was spent sat outside a building hoping someone could help many other travellers was in same situation. Power cuts so I spent my night using my light on my phone. I actually left and went else where so I wasted my money. Would never recommend,

Lo super recomiendo. Ideal para lo q se necesita en ibiza, cerca de todos lados y a la vez lejos del quilombo de ruidos. Se puede descansar bien. Hay baños y cocinas en todos los pisos y siempre limpios y equipados. Lo unico que agregaria es mas lugar para sentarse en la cocina comedor. Lo demas todo de 10

Overall the hostal was just what we needed. A private room with two twin beds. The fan wasn’t working in the room so we had a fan brought to us which was appreciated. The window/patio door was also lovely in the evening. Overall it is advertised as “cheap” but it was all we needed and affordable. It was the basics with more privacy. Laundry was also about 8€ and done over night. I think it was hang dried which allowed for the longer return. easy walk to the train and grocery stores.

A falta de um elevador torna a subida de quatro lances de escada cansativa. Os quartos são bem quentes e não há muita circulação natural de ar. Na porta há apenas um número de telefone (sem aviso de que funciona por WhatsApp) a ser chamado para checkin, o que torna o processo ruim e um pouco confuso.

I was told I would receive a code for late check in. They never texted me, so I followed up twice. No answer. I showed up and could not get in. WhatsApp number did not reply. Slept on a park bench and all I got was “sorry” and no refund. Walls are paper thin all you hear are people stomping around. Avoid at all costs.

Hostel Cisne was amazing and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The restrooms were spotless and were very nice; they were cleaned routinely throughout the day. Thank you for such a nice stay.

El personal muy amable pero la ubicación es a 20 metros de una discoteca. Entre la música hasta 05am y la diferentes peleas entre latinos y marroquíes la calle daba respeto. El hostel sencillo pero de precio ajustado.

La gente que trabaja allí, fueron muy amables y detallistas en todo momento. Me han indicado lugares donde comer y salir a conocer la isla. La limpieza muy bien; excelente ubicación y excelente atención. Volvería sin dudarlo. 100% recomendable
