Hotel Posada Senor Manana

Literally did not sleep the whole night. Right next to the highway and a speed bump, so you hear trucks breaking all night long. My worst hostel sleep probably ever. The place didn’t feel clean. The kitchen was behind a locked gate. Try reading the negative reviews on google (and the owner’s awful answers) and you will not want to book this place !

Todo muy bien! Hernán, el dueño, siempre muy servicial y dando consejos sobre qué y cómo hacer excursiones, visitas y demas. También prestan sombrillas y neveras para hacer excursiones. Una vez en el alojamiento amplíanos dos noches mas la estancia ys que desde aquí podemos visitar cualquier lugar de Baja California.

Perfect location, clean and secure. Always smiling staff/owners. Hernan was great on local suggestions, tips on good local food and transportation etc. It's a chill place. I sincerely hate the concept of resorts or chain hotels - it's a hit and miss thing when you are going for small time hostels in such touristic areas but Senor Manana was a great choice overall. Support local businesses like this.

Très bien rien à redire

When we arrived, the room she showed us had an inch of water on the bathroom floor from a leaking toilet! It was too late to find another hotel and she had no other room.. she said she would call a plumber but she didn’t. We had to put towels and blankets on the floor to use the bathroom. The room itself was cold and insufficient blankets. She refused to return our money. Worst hotel experience of my life’s!

Our stay at Señor Mañana was wonderful. The hosts, Hernán and Cintia, were super accommodating, doing everything possible to make our stay comfortable. We felt like family! The accommodations are quaint, the room was clean and comfortable, and its proximity to the plaza puts everything one needs within walking distance. But it’s the hosts who made our stay memorable!

Very responsive host. All my messages were replied to very promptly and with kindness. The room was wonderful, the bed was firm but comfortable. Bedding was very nice. Shower was great and actually had pressure (unlike some of our other stays that week) and had hot water. Would recommend this stay:)

The private room seemed overpriced for what we were given. The shower was clearly not cleaned and had someone's hair stuck to the wall.. that made us wonder what else wasn't cleaned properly... Overall, the bed was comfortable enough, the AC worked, and the property itself seemed funky with lots of stairs linking together with various common areas.

The hostel was a great place to stay during our time in San Jose. The location was great and near bars/restraints in the scenic art district. The people at the hostel were so helpful and friendly.
