Miami River Inn by Renzzi

Unfortunately, I only got to stay here for a day or less. The room itself was amazingly comfortable. There’s a compound kind of vibe there because of the landscaping. There was a restaurant with small bites, but really satisfying food. They also had live music. I will absolutely come back to stay longer!

Happy Accident! My son was in charge of making our hotel arrangements when we got off a cruise. We didn’t know what to expect. But when we pulled in, it was so charming and had so much character. I loved the jungle like atmosphere and I think I took more pictures of plants than anything else. The room was very comfortable and the bar behind it was gorgeous. I would absolutely stay here again. It was charming and beautiful.

Super cute place with a great location. I don't love that there isn't any kind of community kitchen/refrigerator so wouldn't be ideal for a long term stay. Also doesn't make sense that you can't charge any of the sundries to the room and have a card minimum each time. Minor inconveniences, I'd just make sure I have a cooler if I stayed here again.

The hotel is well located, and the most fantastic thing about it is its incredible staff. The male receptionist who attended to us was incredible, and the staff generally are very friendly and helpful. The only downside and reason I'm not giving it 10 is that the shared kitchen no longer exists on the property, and the bedrooms don't have refrigerators, so keeping food is a little difficult. We spent 2 days, so we managed to make it work, but I can't see us being able to stay on it longer.

A true hidden gem in Miami! The entire staff here is incredible—warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. I just stayed one night. My first impression of the place was that it was old and dated. Which I really didn’t care about. I just needed a decent place to sleep. The room did have a musty, stale odor that I believe was coming from the air conditioner. Again, I just needed a room to sleep so I overlooked the odor. They do serve food and drinks in the evening. I probably should’ve asked the price of the drinks. I was drinking gin and tonic. At $20 a pop. Not worth it!

Hotel, not a hostel, but still a pleasant stay

Wi-Fi did NOT work in my room but the room but room was clean and bed was comfy. I'm a sheet snob so I know quality bedding. There was a memory foam mattress and cotton sheets with all-weather bafflebox down comforter. I slept well. I stayed 1 night so wifi was not too much of a problem still was annoying though I wanted to stream music on the TV.

This is a great stay if you're looking for mid-budget. By the way, the rooms look nothing like the photos. They are listed on Airbnb too and those photos look like the rooms. It's decent, pretty clean, feels safe, and room wasn't bad. I had a single room with shared bathroom. The bathroom is shared with one other single room. SPECTACULAR !

Our room was okay and small, not as good/cute as the one shown in the pictures. It seems clean but with hard smell of cleaning. The place is in “renovation” and there was a lot of garbage near the apartment where our room was. There were a loud couple next to us and they talked and scream all night. We could hear every single thing (even the guy vomiting in the shared bathroom) since the room are not soundproof. The staff didn’t do nothing about it. Would not return or recommend.

Shared bathroom for slightly cheaper price, No TV in room but wifi was okay. Coffee in the office in the morning. Area was okay with park near water. No way to change temperature in room but I did not contact front desk regarding this issue. 1 of the cheapest prices and Id use again for a quick 1 night stay.

really nice hotel but they need to look gate much more than usual

There's a massive bridge with a bell that rings really loud at any time of the night. Slept horribly the whole time.

Room was in great condition, very comfy and bright, with modern equipment. The shared bathrooms were super clean and the entire property was well taken care off. We were there just before the Hurricane and things got a bit spooky when the entire town went into Hurricane prep but the hostel did not communicate anything on that. Plus, the guy at the front desk was not really into helping or answering questions, but maybe he just had a bad day…

I loved my time here, everyone was super nice. Reception is 24/7 and they do room service every single day and leave your room nice clean and tidy. The pool was great, facilities are pretty and taken care of and they have a lot of cool events.
