**Terrible Experience – False Advertising & Zero Service!** I had the worst experience at **THC Backpacker**! The room we got was NOTHING like the pictures. It was dirty, cramped, and completely different from what was shown online. The service was absolutely **ZERO**. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and didn’t care about any of our concerns. We asked for basic things like clean towels and water, but they ignored us.

Mice in the dorm, no locking door on the ground floor able to be accessed from the outside wih staff comjng into the room in middle of night. Showers not working. Not good location for seeing jodhpur

I stay here during my Jodhapur trip. Hostel was excellent and locate near all tourist places. Bathroom and bedroom also cleaned. Staff is good. Love to stay again.

I was the only girl, and the only white people during my stay. In the evening, they were a lot of family and friend in the living room. A couple of guys was staring at me all the time. When I went to bed, in the 14 bed dorm. 3 guys was still staring at me. Then, the manager enter and was staring also at me for a couple of second. Super uncomfortable. Also, they give me a bottle of water, but the cap wasn't sealed. I would not recommend for foreign travelers

This is an amazing, pocket friendly and extremely amicable place for backpackers! Rooms and washrooms were clean with proper timely service and with all basic amenities. Staff was very helpful and cooperative. Suresh fromreception and their restaurant were really nice people providing best of hospitality.I loved the my 2 days stay here and the place was conveniently connected to all tourist attractions.They provide good tour options as well

The property is good. It's spacious and well maintained. They have a big enough kitchen and you can get good quality food there. The only concern I felt was the administration sucked a big time, especially since I had to wait for an hour in the waiting room to check-in and also they had allocated the same bed for two different persons which ended up creating a chaos.

The AC was allowed to open 8 pm onwards and because of this rooms were stinking. AC was showing 18degree but it was not working. Next day i had to shift to other option and it 50% better in same price. The cooking is done in main hall and the masala was full in air. Unexpected that what website shows Pls

The reason this is 5 stars - the staff!!! So wonderful and helpful with everything- from tours to taxis to pick ups etc.Room was clean and adequate. This place was the best bathroom we’d had in a hostel in India!

The best place to stay... No doubt this was one of the best place i stayed with such low budget... Hats off to the management, who have come up with such ideas In such price.. Staff was super cooperative.

It was such a beautiful exoerien e. I was really sick in Jodhpur but people have taken such good care of me. Rooms clean and very comfortable, great location.

Had an excellent stay here, the entrance and foyer are beautiful. Room was very spacious, clean and well appointed. Best shower of our trip!

Pictures are deceiving. It is not as clean as it looks in pictures. AC was not effective.

From Check In to Check Out everything was so smooth and hassle free thanks to the warm and welcoming hosts at THC.This place is located at prime location of city, and very nearer to the all tourist placesandfood with the traditional music and lovely ambience at common area big balcony .The food quality is also very good . I don't know why people given so negative reviews for this hostel .i would love to visit this place again and again

I could not give my opinion on this hostel because they cancelled my reservation the day before our arrival

didnt visit because they denied the room thar was booked just before a check in date

This is a mistake from hostel world. When I reached THC hostel, receptionist told me that booking is full and they dont have room for us. Although I already paid money to hostel world as advance to confirm my booking but it was not booked.
