The One Hostel & Rooftop Pool Hanoi

The One hostel is the best one that I’ve been in so far. I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff are awesome, they always make me feel like home.

All the staff are very friendly and accommodating to any requests I have had. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a hostel in the area

amazing hostel, great facilities and everyone is so kind. really social and it’s not forced so if you want to spend a night alone you can.. food and drink options great and staff all so welcoming.. literally nothing else could ask for.. hang was amazing and so attentive , they couldn’t help anymore

I really loved my stay here, I gotta extend my stay. Everything here is so good, the staff, the bed, the breakfast. They also have swimming pool and rooftop bar with happy hour everyday. Definitely recommend to stay here whenever you're in Hanoi.

Amazing hostel the vibe is great, the staff is so amazing, especially Elina and Hang who were super helpful to help me find fun things to do and places to go eat, and just hanging out together and I genuinely feel like I’m leaving two friends behind 💔 Viet also was super kind and helpful to me, thank you The One team xxxx The beds are also really comfortable although the rooms are not the most spacious , there’s big lockers that fit your backpack

It was the best hostel I’ve stayed at and have a really friendly vibe amongst guest, which is fun.

Staff are super lovely and accommodating, especially when I made a mistake with the booking they made sure we had a room to stay in on our first night. The location is right in the center of Hanoi and a walkable distance from most attractions. The rooms are cleaned multiple times a day so they are cleanly. Plus it was the perfect amount of social interaction for people who wanted to go out every night, stay in and sleep or the in between (like me and my friend) . Would definitely recommend.

This is the best hostel in Hanoi. The rooms are really clean and the beds are comfortable and spacious. The food menu is great and backpacker price. The reps and staff are really friendly. Highly recommend this hostel !!

I really enjoyed my stay here, been coming back a few times during my trip. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The hostel has a swimming pool, rooftop bar, pool table and a lot of events in the evening for social. Difinitely the best hostel in Hanoi 10/10 🔥

I had an amazing stay here. Staffs were friendly, they always ready to give recommendations or assist with anything I needed. Location was a big plus, as it was convenient to get to popular attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfy and everyone has their own secure locker. Genuinely, this hostel offers great value for money. I would love to stay here again!! And definitely recommend it to other travelers 🤩

Besides the hostel itself being amazing, with great vibes, the staff were absolutely lovely. They helped me out so so much, when I put myself in a very sticky situation, after coming back from the Ha Giang loop. 100 % recommend.

They go beyond their boundaries to even assist you with your immigration requirements, and yes all this for FREE.
