To be honest we were a bit worried based on some previous reviews.ButOur experience was way better.....All due to staff and warm courteous service they offered Mike: you made us stay so comfortable..with your helping personalty. Your knowledge and guidance made us make best use of our time. Also all help in arranging HaLong cruise and taxi etc was exceptional. Hien, took my wife to the saloon personally when my wife felt lost, Dung came to drop us to taxi nearby.Pls offer more egg varieties TYo...
really enjoyed my stay here, no complaints at all. Super reasonably priced, clean and nice location.
The property has 10 star rating, highly doubt this is accurate. rooms were clean although, no hot water initially, no doona on bed and very hard, shower has a lot of mould, shower head sprays everywhere, Wifi is very hit and miss, Tv is blurry and unwatchable. Inc breakfast which involved a 500m walk to a local cafe with very limited choices. We booked a tour through the hotel and after taking our $, which was expensive, they changed our tour plans. Would not recommend staying here.
Nice hotel to stay at closely located to beer street and local sites! Surrounded by food with a nice staff and comfortable room. If you’re looking for a private room this is a nice and affordable place to stay in Hanoi.
Location is excellent. Room is calm and quiet despite the very central location. Staff were extremely helpful when approached.
Great value for money, location and service. Very helpful friendly staff. Helped us to arrange a tour. The place is very clean and air conditioning works very well and easy to use. Rooms and facilities were comfortable. Helpful to have fridge as well. We booked a trip to HaLong Bay with them as well, which was convenient and a good trip.
Amazing value for money
The hotel is in a great location. We could see the church from our family suite, which was on the top floor. The front desk staff DD was really friendly, helpful and informative (our kids loved him!) Would definitely visit again.
Located in the old town close to Koem Lake. We felt very safe walking around this area day and night. Staff were very friendly and delicious breakfast. The room was 5* luxury. We would definitely stay here again.
It was very nice staying here. We were able to store our lauge a whole day after check out who b was very very kind! The location is perfect. Highly recommend
Love staying here. The location is perfect. I've adopted it as my base in Hanoi as I come and go around the north of Vietnam. I love the building and style of furniture. It's very clean and well serviced. The bed is comfortable and I can make coffee in my room when I wake uo. The staff are extremely helpful and have made me feel very relaxed here. One of them spent more than an hour organizing my Halong Bay trip, ensuring it was the best it could be for me. Highly recommended.
Great location but beds very uncomfortable. Our room had no window which was not made clear on booking. Lights in room flickering and one bedside light not working.
Had a really nice stay at Hanoi Vision Boutique Hotel. It’s a 10/10 for the nice staff and the perfect location. Within q mins you can walk into the centre and have a perfect culture experience but still have a quite surrounding during night. The staff was so nice and welcoming everytime I was there and even gave me a room for just taking a shower and a nap after a night in the sleeper bus. I really recommend staying with them. The old furniture only has a side role for me in here.
The place is a bit hard to find at first, but the location is an absolute 10 out of 10. The people working there are very kind and try to help you where ever they can. But don‘t get scammed. They offer to do you laundry (2$/kg) but next door you can do your laundry for half the prize. In case of property the place was quiet okey. The room itself was very clean, but in the bathroom were some spots which could have been cleaner. All in all I can recommend the place for a few nights.
The pictures and price (60% reduction?) are misleading. All walls are dirty, the paint is coming off. The "wooden" floor is losing it's sticker. Our AC was leaking, through the door frame and spots in the ceiling. When offered a different room the AC there was making even more noise, and they barely cooled the room. Our "superior" room didn't have a window to the outside, only one to the hallway which lead to lot of noise. Staff was helpful but difficulty communicating bc of low level of English
The receptionist Jean was very accommodating. I would recommend getting the room with balcony. It has bigger space than the normal.
This hotel looked good on paper, centrally located in the Old Quarter, AC, mini fridge. Unfortunately too close to the cathedral (2 am bells, seriously?Who tf is that calling?) and the rooms have glass doors hall lights are like a 75W nightlight. Also little English spoken here. No facilities whatsoever, pure one nighter
Great location and easy to walk to different locations. Staff were helpful and room met expectations.
This place is amazing go stay at in Hanoi. Highly recommend it!! Great location, great staff, and great rooms.
it was nice but no room service or food and a bit old but nice people and expancive
