The room had no window so couldn't ventilate properly and was damp. Location was great and bed was comfy enough. Good option if you just need a place to sleep.

Its got character. The night receptionist was so helpful and had the most fantastic smile. Thank you day team for helping me out.

Ist gut wenn man einfach eine Unterkunft will. Gibt aber nicht wirklich ein Common Room oder so. Aber alles sauber und komfortabel.

Good room and location, on top of a nail shop which was a bit confusing but no problem. also able to pay for early check in which is great.

A good place for a private room if you need a stay while in the old quarter. The staff are very helpful and assisted me with a few things when I was there.

Staff was kind to let me check in super late but not a clean room, there was bugs in the toilet and around the bathroom as well as just a dirty room, shoe prints on the toilet as well. The door to the room didn’t full shut either so felt unsafe being there as it did lock but barely. Definitely do not recommend staying here, not worth the price

Property was so clean and safe to stay in.The owners were friendly and so helpful. They even helped me after my stay was over. would 💯 recommend to anyone needing some peace and quite in a busy city like Hanoi.

The lady was super nice and helped me arrange a taxi to pick me up. She also helped me when the air conditioner was playing up. Honestly one of nicest hostels I’ve stayed in the room was massive and the bed was really comfy. Aircon cooled down the room quickly. Stairs could do with a clean but other then that it was perfect thankyou for being so kind to me !!!

Great location lots of attractions in walking distance. Very clean and comfortable would stay here again

Decent value but this isn’t a hostel, it’s a hotel and doesn’t have a common area for people to hang out
