My friend and I landed in Hanoi at midnight and had transport to Ha Long Bay early the next day. This airport pod was perfect for we what we needed to get a quick night rest before traveling again. The facility was so convenient from baggage claim, staff was friendly and each pod had its own A/C unit. I do think it needs a little bit more ventilation and airflow after one night rest but I opening the door fixed that issue immediately. Very quite and secure. Highly recommend

Perfect for an airport layover. Be careful to check which terminal you land in - I booked the wrong terminal but there was a free shuttle service. Room was clean and bathrooms were close by.

I have never enjoyed an airport experience so much! I thought the service was absolutely fantastic and I even had a personal wake up call for my flight! I will absolutely be booking the VATC sleep pod again :)
