Okay hotel. Staff was great, very friendly and helpful. No window in the room. Facilities were old. Neighborhood was really shabby
We liked this hotel so much that we came back a second time to stay on our way back from Cat Ba. It is a good location with lots of delicious food around. The bed and air conditioning and shower were all comfortable. I liked that it had a tv and the Asian Cooking Channel was cool. The free breakfast in the morning is a nice perk and we really liked the banana pancake (crepe). The staff is very helpful and friendly. I recommend taking the free walking tour with a student practicing English.
This hotel was a great spot. It's all private rooms, plenty of space. The staff is super nice, hard working, and helpful. Great location, amazing breakfast, they have an elevator! Rooms walls are a little dirty, but don't let that deter you. Thanks for a great stay!
Lavender Boutique Hotel in Hanoi offers great value for money. The staff were helpful with excellent recommendations. The hotel's central location made exploring easy. The kitchen served a simple but good breakfast each day, including a main dish, fruit, and tea/coffee. The atmosphere is quite solitary, ideal for couples or groups rather than solo travelers. I'd recommend this hotel for its convenience and friendly service.
Perfect stay in Hanoi both before and after doing the ha giang loop, all the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Beds are comfy and everything is really clean
Nice room, very clean, good bathroom facilities
The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is good and water pressure and temperature were really good for vietnam. For the price of the hotel, and the staff making your experience in hanoi amazing, it is worth every penny. Would absolutely go back to this hotel on our next trip. Also worth noting the cleanliness of the hotel was on point, and also got an upgrade on our return from Halong bay, and Hagiang, highly recommend book the trip with them, 10/10
Overall Lavender Boutique was a nice stay, the room was pricier than other options in Hanoi but since we booked last minute we were still pleased with the accommodations. The only odd thing was they had a bath tub instead of a shower and one of the faucets didn't work so attempting to bathing was awkward and kind of pathetic. But they made a great breakfast and the travel agent was extremely helpful in his recommendations (make sure to ask him and not the front desk staff if you Qs !)
