+ Great location in the heart of the old town. Staff were perfect. Even allowing us to store our luggage after we had checked out and had a night on halong bay.

+ Great location and fantastic service level from the hotel, very supportive with additional storage of luggage if you travel to other locations, and you know you get back. I was at allure 4 times with in a months, and it was a big pleasure all of them.
- Nothing - all good
+ The staff, service & location
- They upgraded our room due to water spilling on the floor from the bathtub. Apparently it’s an ongoing issue due to the way the tub was constructed

+ Lovely boutique hotel in the centre of the old quarter, easy access to a lot of the city centre, staff friendly and helpful, will support and arrange anything for you, we will stay again when back in Hanoi.
+ Location has its advantages of offering possibility to walk around for different shopping Breakfast and the rooms were great as well as the staff. Alfred and Jolie were very supportive.
- The noisy places around the hotel as I like the quiet. But my spouse did not mind so it was all good.

+ Hanoi Allure Hotel is centrally-located in Hanoi's Old Quarter - very close to restaurants, spas, money changers and convenience stores. Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is very good but what made our stay most memorable was the friendly and hospitable service by Jenny Ha and her team. Even before our arrival through WhatsApp and email, Jenny helped me book a reliable limousine van to/from Sapa with the best rate. Her team helped us book restaurants, offered to deliver our luggage to our next hotel free of charge. The welcome tea is also to die for. This hotel, I highly recommend!
+ Location was as expected. It's on what feels like a backstreet with tight spacing and shops all around. Definitely feels more like a boutique hotel than a larger 5-star hotel. The pictures overstate the size of the rooms and the lobby though. So there was some unmet expectations there. But the staff were excellent, attentive and always ready to greet or open the door for you.
- While the food was varied, it did not quite have that pop that I was expecting. While there were many dishes laid out, they seemed to not fill the plates/trays so it almost felt like they were.... rationing? Some of the dishes were "sweating" too. The restaurant rooms (there are two) are small so perhaps that's a ventilation issue? But for the price, I thought it was certainly adequate. However, I would have paid more for a more elevated experience elsewhere in the future.
