Little Hanoi Old Quarter Hotel

+ The staff. So polite, so accommodating. So kind too. We booked a junior suite, on arrival they upgraded the room to the presidential suit free of charge. Very nice gesture on their end.

- Unfortunately, the suite was right under the breakfast hall, so at 630 sharp I was woken up by chairs moving constantly. Also, the water pressure in the 7th floor was very weak for a warm shower.

+ Second visit to this hotel. Very comfortable bedding, good cuisine, good location, exceptional breakfast. We recommend and will come back.

+ What a lovely hotel! Right in the hub of things in the old quarter. Room was quiet and so comfortable and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful especially Ms Tham at reception!

+ Really nice hotel in an excellent location very close to the night market and within the historic old quarter of the city. The rooms are clean, large and well equipped with nice balconies and well equipped and clean, bathrooms. The included breakfast which is taken on the top floor is excellent with a wide choice including hot egg/pho options and there is a small open air section which is really nice. The staff really make this property. They cannot do enough for you and go out their way to try and speak English. They are genuinely friendly which is not always the case. I would strongly recommend this hotel

- Por causa do nosso planeamento tivemos de pedir pequeno almoço para take away e achei pouco. O isolamento de barulho para o exterior também não é o melhor. Em horas de muito movimento pode ser complicado dormir.

+ We had a great at Lheritage Hotel. It's well located in Hanoi Old Quarter. Local food are all around, especially egg coffee and Banh Mi (they're really tasty). The hotel offers airport transfers at reasonable price and well-prepared. Their driver meets us at the airport and we don't have to pay until we do check out. The staff are fantastic! Tham in front desk is so kind and helpful.

+ We searched online for a medium hotel in Hanoi old quarter and near the night market, we found Lheritage Hotel that met our budget and the reviews looked great too. And yes, we're right. The location is super, only a little walk to the Night market and Puppets theater. Our room is clean and nice too. The front desk is so kind and helpful. Well done. We would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

+ Ich hatte ein Balkonzimmer, das hat meinen Aufenthalt besonders gemacht. Grosse „executive Lounge“ 501 mit geräumigem Badezimmer, Art Deco Stil trifft Moderne, Rainshower und so. Mit Whirlpoolbadewanne. Balkon lädt zum stundenlangen Sitzen und zuschauen ein, oder lesen, Kaffee und Tee trinken (Maschine vorhanden). Frühstücksauswahl gross, wenn natürlich auch nicht Luxushotelgross. Aber dafür Originell mit vielen lokalen Spezialitäten, auch einer Pho Bo. Das Personal super, für meinen Geschmack waren manche Fragen etwas nosy. Preis/Leistung top.

+ Top Sauberkeit, sehr zentral gelegen, freundliches Personal, wir durften schon am Morgen in unser Zimmer einchecken, gjte Frühstück
