Arcade-Hostel

Very clean! We did not see any staff apart from the cleaning ladies in the morning. There were other guests smoking weed, so the whole hallway stank of it. The upsides were free parking, we brought our bikes so we could have free transport while in Hamburg. The shower was also perfect, good water strength and good temperature. Overall good value for money we taught.

Sehr sauber, perfekt organisiert, unkompliziert und super Frühstück. Ich komme sicher wieder.

Estuvo todo ok. Es un poco lejos del centro y también de la parada del metro.

Ich habe ein Zimmer für 2 Personen reserviert, aber als ich ankam, sah ich dass ein Zimmer für eine Person reserviert war. Es gab keine anderen Zimmer zur verfügung. Deshalb bin ich sehr verärgert und sauer. Ich bitte um Erstattung des gesamtes Betrages. MfG Mohammad Kheirani

The rooms have an air conditioning system/ventilation which makes them quite comfortable, in addition to a television, wifi and a spacious wardrobe. Rooms are available with a private ensuite and shower. The rooms are much more spacious than all other hostels I’ve been to, in fact it feels more like a hotel/motel. The staff were also very pleasant and friendly, I would definitely stay here again

Sehr geehrtes Team vom Arcade Hostel. Wir bedanken uns für die eine Nacht. Vom Hostel und unserem Zimmer waren wir begeistert. Sauber und ordentlich die Einrichtung, etwas klein die Dusche. Doch leider gab es da wohl ein Missverständnis, das entweder von ihrer oder meinerseits bei der Buchung nicht klar ersichtlich war. Ich habe online ein Zimmer für zwei Personen buchen wollen und war sehr erstaunt ein Einzelbett, was sehr bequem war, vorzu finden. Doch das Hostel ist zu empfehlen.

Hostel is very functional and clinical. It’s quite clean. There was no staff after 15.30 (or other people). There is no common area to hangout so purely for sleeping.

Very nice and clean but we were unlucky with getting there, as the metro line had been suspended due to works. Would have appreciated the emails in English, didn't know that I had to use a different code (sent with a later email) to get in (we arrived quite late as our train from Amsterdam was cancelled), and we managed to get in thanks to another traveller who helped us translate.

Clean but a very small room.
