The listing claims the hotel has fitness center, restaurant/bar and common room, but they actually don't have any of those. The rooms are nice but the hostel will let anyone stay. In my room there was a person with very bad hygiene causing the room to smell awful the whole time he was there. Wouldn't recommend staying here.

- uncomfortable beds - sharing one bathroom with 5 women - small storage shelf does not accommodate luggage of any size (recommend traveling with suitcase/backpack with personal lock)

Amazing experience. Our room was very clean and staff were very friendly. My highlight was rooming with guys from Japan, China, Columbia, and Pakistan. We sat up talking way too late in the night, but their stories are fascinating. This is hostel life at its best!

+ Location was pretty decent, closeby by gift shops and restaurants.
- Beds, they were un-comfortable and amenities were not given as mentioned! Snores of others makes it difficult to sleep!
- Toilets are too small, there's so many leakages. it Looks like a rundown facility felt slightly unsafe. Bed is uncomfortable as well. Can't tell about staff because I never encountered any. Reception is up to certain times only.

+ I was able to get a hot shower and sleep.
- I believe 3 bunk beds in one room is way too congested .... I felt sandwiched in... The AC was not working well.... The temperature in Florida fell to below 40 degrees.... did not have heat in the room .... Because AC was needed to provide clean air because of overcrowding.... limited space to walk... My assigned bed was slept in .... unmade....with someones Personal items on the pillow.... I did not have a clean towel... I was also molested in the room by another female several times. And verbally harassed by another.... when I asked her to cut it out..... she complained that I yelled at her and lied that I locked her out the room.

Was a nice place for 2 days. Unfortunately the heater wasn’t working and it was really cold at the night for one night. The bed was good and bathroom was kinda clean

- It was hard to find.
The room was quite nice if you just stay there for sleeping. Our check-in link did not work and we got no answer via WhatsApp or email. Luckily, we just arrived before the closure of the check in desk. The 3 stars for the service are only for the nice woman at the counter.
If I could leave negative stats I would! The hostel did not respond to any of my texts or calls to either of their numbers. I used my land line and WhatsApp, AND email to request a lower bunk! I ended up staying somewhere else because I was skeptical of them not being able to communicate.
