Jordan Tower Hostel

Amazing stay and value for money. Very helpful people!

C'est un Hotel, pas un hostel. Donc pas de salon, d'espaces communs. Un petit dejeuner correct. Personnel sympa et très serviable. Grand problème: le bruit. L'hotel est situé entre deux routes, la circulation est dense jour et nuit et les commerces avoisinants sont bruyants aussi.

This hostel was amazing. The staff are super helpful. They made sure I planned my trip in Jordan to optimise all my time and resources. My room was so clean, breakfast was lovely and my tour guide, Ibrahim, was excellent. I really enjoyed my tour and I gained a lot of valuable knowledge from him that I used all throughout my stay in Jordan.

Awful. Noise from reception until 1am and again at 5.30am and the lights from reception shone into our room meaning we go no sleep. It was so bad we changed hotels the next day. They found it amusing that my wife was in tears because she had no sleep.

Wouldn’t recommend this hostel for solo travelling females. It was very noisy and the hall light was kept on all night so our room was very bright. The noise was so bad it felt like we were sleeping on a fully lit street. The staff were really helpful and kind and helped us in a very stressful parking situation. Finding parking is impossible on your own. In the morning there was no running water at all so we couldn’t even wash our hands after using the bathroom - we didn’t feel very safe h...

A hostel with a good location in downtown Amman near many places to go and sights to see yet not too loud at night. My private room was nice, spacious and good value for money. Good A/C system and water pressure. Staff are very friendly and helpful and are the highlight of the hostel. I highly recommend and would stay here again in future.

The staff is very helpful. The location is awesome. It's a great value for money.

We booked the hostel in advance, however on arrival we found the hostel closed for refurbishments. We had to find alternative accomodation in the middle of the night. We have not been able to get a response from the hostel - the phone number doesnt work and they are not replying to emails. Despite the hostel being closed, we have not yet managed to get a refund. It has been a very stressful and scary experience - avoid this hostel and avoid booking with hostel world.

They were renewing it when I arrived there were only two builders, why there was still the possibility to book ? Of course they also didn't answered the phone obliging me to find another hostel Quando sono arrivato era in restrutturazione e all'interno ho trovato solo due muratori, ovviamente non mi hanno risposto al telefono, e mi hanno obbligatorio di conseguenza a trovare un altra sistemazione

Perfect place.for Amman city center. Clean and familiar. Internet is fine. Breakfast could be improved but it's ok. A fridge in the room would be nice to have. I would suggest it to customers. Free parking is not far away if all near places are full.

Great location in downtown area. Walking distance to all the main sites and nice restaurants. Owners were really nice and helpful. Breakfast was great, they even gave us a packed breakfast for when we had an early flight. Not really a social hostel and not many people hanging out, but nearly perfect with everything else and great value for money.

it is an old property. Consider you're paying for a hostel, no for a hotel. It doesn't have a private parking spot but its safe to leave if outside. The staff was super nice with us. Consider that there's only one bathroom per floor

Great location and good staff. But the rooms were not upto the mark, the toilets were clean but lot of stuff broken. the shower wouldn't work and the door wouldn't lock. But for the price it's okay I guess. the morning walking tour is quite nice.

You can’t get a more central location than this for the price. Staff was very helpful.

The location is amazing and the staff helpful. The hostel provides everything you need, but don’t expect luxury, it is an old building.

We visited on a cold, wet stretch of weather. As a result, the tvs had a hard time working and the heat had a hard time keeping up. The staff was great and very helpful. The breakfast was delightful. Great location!

Very central, it's effectively on a traffic island in heart of Amman. No lift but 2 to 4 flights of stairs, great location for central Amman sites and Souq but bit noisy and in winter not overly warm. Bathroom and toilet are shared and literally could've been on toilet when showering. (Great if like sit down shower!). Very nice people Suleiman was a very good host and I would recommend visiting for a nice stay in Petra. The place is very high in the mountain so bring a car but Suleiman was a great host. I recommend his place to visit

The place functions as both hotel/hostel, so there is always a mixed crowd of visitors ranging from solo backpackers to senior tour groups. The location is excellent and all major sites are within walking distance. The staff speaks excellent English and is supremely helpful — they also organize walking tours and group tours around Jordan. The rooms are clean and showers have hot water. Would stay here again!

Great Staff, Locations is great to reach all things to see in Anman easily.
