I can't say enough to this place.they got everything you need and feel like home from the owner all the way to the staff. they are top notch.it is highly recommended.
Staff was very good and helpful , location is in the centre of Amman which is very busy and lively at all times even at midnight. You can get food anytime. Weather was very hot so you might need an AC which was not available at the hotel.
There was no one there. I felt cheated when they asked for extra money for the aircon when it advertised it was included. Not the best place I’ve stayed, and wouldn’t stay again
Personnels très serviable et accueillant Hotel très bien situé avec une navette à petra gratuit. Rien à dire franchement
Tout simplement exceptionnel. personnel très gentil. Excellent rapport qualité prix.
It's a very small Hotel in an alley in downtown. The rooms were decent, but the showers didn’t have hot water, when I was there and it had barely any water coming out of it. But it's the cheapest hotel in Amman, so you get what you pay for
This is a basic hotel but in a fantastic location in busy downtown. Ahmed and Abbas are very friendly hosts always offering tea or coffee. There can be an eclectic mix of guests including from Jordan and other countries in the Middle East. Highly recomended if you want to be in the centre of things. Shops, restaurants, markets, Roman ruins and a wide range of cultutal centres are within a short walk. Downtown is also very safe and easy to navigate. Book now!
Good, helpful staff, very good location, I was happy to stay there
It gives value for money. There is no key in dormitory. WC is OK.
Il n’y a pas de clim alors que c’est annoncer sur leur fiche hotel, ce sont des gros ventilateurs donc il fait assez chaud. Mise a part cela, le personnel est tres gentil et sait aider en cas de besoin.
Well located and for the price was really good. I spend 2 nights there and the staff was really helpful and servicial. If you travelling alone or with friends it’s okay. I travelled alone and never felt insecure. Thank you yousef and the rest of the people. Sukran
Very nice owners. Great location. Good price
Very nice hostel in the best spot!!
Unfortunately I really didn’t like the place. I stayed in a single room and it felt like a prison. It also has a smell to it. I am baffled at how high the ratings are. It’s only redeeming feature was how little it cost. After one night I moved elsewhere and paid more money. The owners seemed nice.
We were under the weather from bad food when we arrived. The staff went above and beyond and graciously offered tea and genuine concern for us. The shops in the area helped us find the stairwell in the alley and I felt the arrangements were safe. Love the sinks in the rooms. Can't beat the location! Showers leaked some onto the outside floor but temp was hot. No toilet paper but a bidet/hose is attached to toilets.
great atmosphere
Buen hostal, no era el mas limpio pero por su precio y estando bastante centralizado, es probablemente el mejor para visitar Ammán
Very good value for money. Owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. Day trip to Mount Nebo and the Dead Sea was great. Enjoyed our stay. Would recommend👍🏻
Our first time to stay in a Hostel needed to travel on a budget and I can asure you Made a good choice , the people were so helpful , nothing was to much trouble took a private tour with Fouad best experience ever. Well recommended
For our last night in Amman we stayed at the Cliff and it was the best decision. The Hotel is well located in the downtown and very close to the vegetable market, the citadel and the roman theater. We arrived very early at 11am and were able to check in already. The Staff and the Manager are friendly and helpful beyond measure. We felt very welcome, enjoyed our stay and will always come back to the Cliff Hotel. Greetings, Nataly and Marcus
