Soho Homestay Phu Quoc

The property has a great location on the beach and away from the busy resort area which made it feel more authentic. The owners were awesome and the nicest ladies I have met in Vietnam, even without knowing much English they made it feel like home.

Emplacement sur la plage, environ 25mins à pied du marché de nuit, près du centre mais dans une zone chez les habitants. Supermarché à 2mins à pied. Les hôtes sont très serviables et répondent au besoin. Parlent seulement vietnamien, prévoir un traducteur si vous ne parlez pas la langue. Prenez le numéro Whatsapp de l'hôte pour la contacter. Douche chaude,chambre très propre, matelas un peu dur. Possibilité d'utiliser équipements de la cuisine (bouilloire, poêle propane et bbq ex...

Soho Homestay liegt in einer wenig touristischen Gegend. Es war genauso wie ich es erwartet habe. Die Gastgeber sprechen kein Englisch, was dank Übersetzer auf dem Smartphone aber gar kein Problem ist. Zwar ist nicht jederzeit jemand zugegen aber über WhatsApp sind die Gastgeber jederzeit erreichbar und haben mir bei allem schnell geholfen. Der Strand ist nicht der sauberste aber wenn man auf der Suche nach einem authentischen Phu Quoc Erlebnis ist, ist der Homestay genau das richtige

Great location! About a 25-minute walk from the night market and hardly any tourists. Right on the beach. Large private room with own bathroom. Really good value for money. The owner does not speak English but communication with Google translate was fine. The curfew times seem to vary a bit, so I found myself in front of a locked gate a couple of times (both inside and outside). But the owner was quick to respond to whatsapp messages. Breakfast is not included.

Very nice little homestay, the owners are very nice and helpful with everything (have your Google translater with you) and it's located directly at the beach, perfect for morning or evening swims. To the night market its 20 min walking but the neighborhood is very interesting, loads of local farmers, fishers selling their harvest on the way and always fresh coconut or other fruit very close by.

Ich hatte das Zimmer mit Meeresblick gebucht. Als ich ankam, wurde mir ein anderes Zimmer zugeteilt. Es hieß, dass the website falsche Bilder zeigt und Angaben macht, die nicht zutreffen und hatte erstmal 30 min Diskussion. Am Ende wollte ich mit Karte zahlen, das ging nicht. Hatten uns geeinigt, dass ich in Euro zahle,da ich nichts anderes hatte. Hierbei war das Taxi zum Flughafen mit drin. Am Flughafen angekommen, sollte ich plötzlich noch das Taxi bezahlen und hatte wieder 30 min Diskussion...
