First of all: the staff was really helpful with a lot of issues! But: in my first room there were a bunch of cockroaches and the shower was a bit broken and everything a bit dirty. So I requested another room which they provided without any question so that's a plus. In the second room there were no bugs but almost everything was broken. The lights, the shower, the bathroom window, the beds, the blinds. Also the room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while and the sheets were dirty.
