Kingsworth Bed and Breakfast

Das Kingsworth ist seit einiger Zeit ein B&B. Das heisst, es besitzt keine Gemeinschaftsküche mehr. Wie der Host sagt, ist er aber noch nicht dazu gekommen, die Anzeige anzupassen. Das Hostel an und für sich ist super. Es liegt auf einem Hügel hoch über Kingston und ist sehr ruhig, also genau das, was man nach einem langen Tag im Betondschungel braucht. Courtney, der Host, organisiert gerne Touren für seine Gäste. Mit ihm haben wir eine wunderschöne Ausfahrt durch die Blue Mountains gemac...

Kingsworth has all of the potential and we can see how this was once a well-rated property. Unfortunately, it doesnt seem like the property is a priority for both the owner and his son who runs it. Unless they come to the realisation that they have to invest time, money and energy into it, I recommend finding alternative accommodation.

Cool accommodation with super view, proximity to nature and fair prices.Although with the location in the mountains somewhat outside the city center,nevertheless easy to reach by car or local cabs. Even if the roads are partly provided with several potholes.However, this is more common in Jamaica.The owner Courtney was always open for a conversation. You should be able to grasp his humor for that.Thanks for the great time!

Nice location, but to be ckear its in the hills at the back of town, so you need a car or taxi to get there.

I mostly enjoyed my stay at Kingsworth and will for sure miss the stunning view, with Blue Mountains in the backyard and Kingston in front. The host Cortney was kind to tell he's and Jamaica's history, which is very interesting. The shared kitchen was quite disappointing. Old and dirty. The shared bathroom was ok. Though the sink was without water. They have a really nice bar. The food and breakfast could be better compared to the price you pay. The place has a huge potential in the future.
