We loved the space and the staff (particularly Lauren) were very helpful!

Minikleines Zimmer und Bad, zu zweit ging es, es gibt keinen Lift. Etwas teuer für das, was es ist, aber prinzipiell in Ordnung - nette Mitarbeiterin, saubere Zimmer.

Sehr freundliches Personal, die Lage war gut (Bahnhof, ÖPNV, Stadt), unser Zimmer war nett eingerichtet, einige kleinere Renovierungsarbeiten können nicht schaden (z.B. Farbe, Duschabtrennung, Toilettensitz- und Deckel)

I would not recommend this bed and breakfast. It was in a very gritty part of town and felt dangerous to get to. I had a room that was stuffy, the kind that makes you wake up feeling sick and I couldn't leave the windows open as I was on the ground floor facing the street. This would have meant anyone could see in or come in during the night. There is an additional cost for the stay. It costs about double what they advertise on here and they didn't tell me until I tried to check out.

The main issue we had is that the walls are pretty much paper thin. This was especially an issue as the head of our need directly backed on to the main stairs at floor level. There was also someone with a vibrating alarm that went off continuously for about half an hour early in the morning. It didn't seem to wake up the person it was intended for but it certainly kept us up.

Ich habe mich super wohl gefühlt! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufgestellt. Ich habe mich direkt Willkommen gefühlt! Habe die Zeit genossen!

They overcharged me 30€ and I sent them two emails to the two email addresses that they told me that they use, I never got a reply from them. I had to call them twice before they issued me a refund for the overcharged sum. They also failed to inform me that the first night would be refunded so it felt like I was overcharged more than I actually was. Ridiculous policy of charging in advance, makes things confusing and complicated unnecessarily. The room was small for the price paid, too expensi...

Excellent stay at the Hotel Azur! Clean cute rooms. Nice garden in the back. Excellent location within walking distance of transit, the port, and several neighborhoods. The staff were very friendly and helpful, giving us recommendations of places to visit in the city and telling us how to get there using public transit!

Very good, sweet hotel in a lovely neighborhood. We really enjoyed the small garden and the fact that our room - although it was small - had aircon. There is nothing to complain but if you want to party and meet people it may not be the hostel for you ;)
