Really nice rooms and facilities

Great location so close to everything but tucked away enough not to be too busy. Staff were great - so informative and helpful. Our room was spotless and nicely decorated and we even had a balcony to watch life from when the walking got too much. Great place, highly recommend 😊

Great location and lovely family that own the place. Not really much of an atmosphere as there is not really a common area but if you are looking for a place to recharge then this is great. Some money went missing but we don't want to accuse anyone as we can not prove anything. Just a reminder to always keep your stuff safe I guess :-)

Very nice homestay. Very spacious rooms. The location pin on hostelworld is wrong, the adress is correct, not that the homestay can do anything about that that's all on hostelworld (already sent in a request to fix this).

We loved our stay here! The room was spacious and clean, and we loved the personal touch of having the family around to look after us. The host gave us so many recommendations and was so accommodating with anything we needed. The location is great and is easy to get anywhere. It truly gelt like our 'home' during our stay cause it was so cosy and welcoming. We will be recommending this homestay to iur friends and family as the quality of service is A++++

A great hostel, the host speaks very good English and is very helpful. She even let us check in early for free, helped us coordinate travel plans so there wouldn’t be an issue. The room itself has a street view from the balcony and nice sitting area with large windows. The room is nice and was spotless. Would recommend staying here if you want to be near old town and the night market while being able to take a break and relax.

Exceptional property, proximal to the best of Hoi An, mere feet from three great bakeries, super clean, super friendly, fast laundry, lovely bed and balcony!

Good, new and clean. A few hundred meters away from the Old town, nestled in a peaceful alley down the road from the famous Banh Mi shop. The owners/hosts are friendly, proactive and always ready to help. The rooms are spacious and offers excellent value for money. Not much of an atmosphere but that is usually the case in family run homestays. Good for those who want to be within walking distance to old town and at the same time need a bit of peace and quiet. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic place to stay in Hoi An as a solo traveler if you want a rest from hostels. Family who own this homestay are wonderfully welcoming and very warm - always happy to help and chat whenever. Rooms were great - stayed in two different rooms because we extended our stay here we liked it that much. Recommend!

We had an excellent stay at Dao Tien. The family is super friendly and helpful with booking tours, finding places to eat, etc. The room was very clean with nice natural light and the water pressure was great. Location is perfect—removed from the business of the old quarter but still close enough to walk to everything. Furthermore, this homestay is just down the street from several excellent restaurants and spas. We highly recommend!!
