Hoianese Sunset Serenity Hotel

Great quiet place to stay. Right in between the old quarter and the beach. We did the free walking tour and the tour guide, Cindy, was very knowledgeable and kind. Spring and Hannah were also very helpful and nice. The room was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Ich habe mich total wohlgefühlt und das Personal ist einfach richtig toll! Hanna und Spring waren so aufmerksam und hilfsbereit und haben mir sogar einen Geburtstagskuchen besorgt. Generell war die Unterkunft wirklich sehr gut! Das Zimmer war sehr groß und das Badezimmer sehr schön. Für den Pool war ich auch sehr dankbar! Einziger Nachteil war, dass man für die Fahrradausleihe bezahlen musste und der Lage geschuldet braucht man ein Bike wenn man häufiger zwischen Old town und Hotel pendel...

Nice hotel to stay for a few days.

Amazing stay!! Would highly recommend. Lovely staff who are incredibly helpful and very clean and comfy rooms.

The staff at this hotel are the sweetest people we have ever met. From when we got to the hotel till we left, we were guided and treated very good! Lee, Helen, Hannah and Anna were the receptionists for our stay and we already miss them. They were all very kind and helped out with with more than you can except. The hotel in it self was also so nice, clean and had a great breakfast. The pool was really nice and had an amazing atmosphere. Will really miss this place and defently come back!!

Shout out to An, Helen, Sunny, Lee and Hannah for making my trip to Hoi An so memorable. I stayed at the Centre hotel twice and for the last leg of my trip opted to stay at the Pool Villa which I absolutely loved! Lovely bike ride to the beach through the paddy fields and a hotel with a nice pool - but it’s really the ladies at reception that are the main event. They go out of their way to make your stay great and their recommendations are top notch, you won’t find them on Google!

A lovely new hotel, we stayed at the Hoianese Central hotel and the staff at both were incredible. The pool here is really great, with bikes and scooters available. They also promote social events at partnering hostels if you’re looking for something fun. Unfortunately an item in my laundry went missing but they offered compensation and was not the fault of the hotel but rather the laundrette. Don’t let the lack of reviews put you off they are a new place and were great.

We had the best stay at the LipLip villa and all the staff cared so much for us after we arrived after a rough motorcycle accident. We really felt at home after a couple of days. It is a good walk to the city centre but doable and that also makes it a super chill location to rest and enjoy the best sunsets at night. Would recommend 100%
