Point Waterfront Apartments

+ It was walking distance from the cruise terminal. This was a big bonus for me. The views was excellent too.

+ The location

- There was a moldy smell in the apartment

+ Everything was perfect

- The kitchen equipment and cutlery. There was only a pan, a small pot, and a colander. This was very difficult to cook with.

+ Location and spacious

- Finishings and apartments need an upgrade especially the kitchen and lounge areas

+ Their rooms are spacious

- There was no aircon, or it was malfunctioning, they clean rooms extremely late, the beds are very low and one couldn't sleep comfortably

+ Everything was as advertised.Apartment was clean and spacious.Loved the indoor/outdoor space especially at night.

- Staff was not that friendly.No effort was put in the pre booked breakfast.Wifi was disconnected every night from 20h00 until you ask at reception to connect the wifi.

+ The staff were exceptional, honestly they really cared about our stay.

- The appliances are quite rusted and the aircon didn't work as well as we would have liked.

+ I loved how clean, peaceful, and comfortable the Water Point apartment was. It was a very relaxing place to stay.

- The apartment did not have some basic cleaning items like a mop and a carpet, which would have made the place more comfortable and easier to keep clean.

- The sliding foor to the main balcony was nit closing properly, the wind will blow in .Rooms were nit snelling fresh, minimum dishes that could not even enough for 4 people

- The kitchen was short of a lot of equipment And draws Wer broken Renovations needed
