Special mention Purab Rai & Javed, Amazing service and great location. I left my earphones on my bed, these guys packed it and sent it to my home. Guest service at its best.

the property was a little away from the crowd making it perfect for me, stayed here for more than a month then volunteered for them too, Saturday live music and evening jam sessions were the highlight, the staffs are extremely nice always there to help you out with anything. if you are an adventurous traveler this is the place to be in

Great stay! It’s just super far out of Darjeeling and the walk to & from the hostel from the main road is VERY sketchy especially in the dark. Still enjoyed my stay!

Property was good but lacked cleanliness and access to property was difficult and tiring because steep stairs to property.

Property seemed to be in a peaceful location, though far from convenience options. The major problem was with the washroom, which was not well maintained and had water logging problems. Also, just one washroom for an entire dorm of 10 people, with no common basin space, which was most inconvenient.

Stayed for the 2nd time, enjoyed the rain, fog & mist. Saturday night jam sessions were quite intriguing.

Had a fantastic weekend at Trippers. The hostel is in a beautiful building and has a fantastic view. The staff were all very friendly and there was a real community vibe. Loved the bonfire and live music on Saturday night! Would recommend Trippers

Very tough to get down to the hostel with luggage because of the stairs, as it is situated at some depth from the main road. The cleanliness was not upto the mark and the kitchen staff didn’t accommodate our requests for early breakfast. It’s good to stay there if you don’t wanna go to city area that much.

Best place if you want peace and escape from congested city life . I did my first solo trip and I have to say Trippers Darjeeling made it special. All credits to Javed and Sahinoor, I will go back to this place again just for them. Special mention to Javed’s food and his hospitality 🫶. A good crowd of people comes here , majorly solo travellers and foreigners. They arrange bonfires and bbq. The vibe is just unmatched ✨ Only cons was that renovation work was going on when I went there ...

I really liked the property with wonderful views, can spend an entire day sipping coffee, reading a book or enjoy a movie in the common room. The properry is 5/6 kms from the mall but they have a pick up n drop facility at a nominal price.

Beautiful place in a hillside setting, away from the busy town centre, and run by welcoming and relaxed people. Nice place to take in the air and unwind!

Highlights include the delicious Chicken Loaded Fries and the authentic First Flush Darjeeling Tea. It's more than just a place to stay; it's a unique part of your journey. A peaceful gateway from hustle of city. You get the magnificent views of mountains right from your dorm bed. Owner Lobsang is very welcoming and fun host and the in-house cook Javed will make you finger-licking delicious food throughout the day. Social atmosphere is great with opportunity to meet other fellow travellers and share exciting or embarassing stories over bonefire and Tongba.

Great property if you want to stay in peace and avoid the tourist rush. A bit away from Mall Road, so decide accordingly
