Accommodation Horizon

Bad experience in an overpriced filthy place. It seemed to be under construction so the ceilings, floors and cooking facilities were in a bad condition. The blankets and mattresses had stains. There was no one to welcome us (even though 24/7 reception is advertised) which made us scared and uncomfortable. The owner came down after a while and was nice. This and the location close to the ferry are the only two positives. Do not go here.

I LOVED IT, less is more

The people who worked there where absolutely lovely especially Zada, they let us leave our bags prior to check in and a bit after check out which made exploring much easier.

Az oldalon én azt olvastam, hogy 13 órától lehet becsekkolni, így addigra oda is mentem, majd közölték, higy az rossz információ, csak 14 órától lehet elfoglalni a szállást. A "modern" fürdőszobában - ami kegyetlenül rossz állapotban volt - nem működött a lámpa sem. A szobára ráférne egy festés és alapos takarítás, illetve alapvető dolgok (konnektor rögzítése a falba, emeletes ágy rácsának fixálása) rendbehozatala. A kinti konyha is rettenetes állpotban v...

L’auberge ne vaut absolument pas 25€ la nuit mais bien moins. Après en avoir fait plusieurs il s’agit d’une des pires que j’ai pu faire. Il y a vraiment le strict nécessaire pour « vivre », la « cuisine » si on peux appeler ça comme ça car elle se trouve dans un hangar dans le quel il y a des nids d’oiseaux, elle est très sale avec des odeurs de vomi.

filthy, for 25€ a night it should be at least clean! some people sleep in a garage? built in backyard that you either access through street or by walking through toliet. really, really filthy. if it’d cost 5€, fine, i’d go through it but it’s a waste seriously. do not come here.

Ubicado cerca de la estación de Bus, dato positivo en mi forma de ver Seguridad no tiene, no hay llaves, no hay claves, entra cualquiera que uno no sabe si esta alojado o no. Ej. una noche eran las 1 am, yo estaba por acostarme con el celular prendido, por ende estaba despierto, entro una chica, dejo su Carry on al lado de mi cama y se subió a la cama de arriba mio con las zapatillas puestas todo, se acosto 4 o 5 hs y se fue antes que este alguien en la recepción. Una polizón básicamente.

I would recommend this hostel only if money is the one and important criteria for you. Because it sucks on all aspects of facilities and cleanliness. At the same time, It is at a great location, it is cheap, and the staff was friendly

Una casa abbandonata trasformata in ostello. Per 10/15 euro potrebbe anche starci ma non vale quello che costa! La sicurezza è pari a zero: NON ESISTONO CHIAVI!! C’è una tremenda puzza di fumo, il bagno è in condivisione e non è mai stato pulito. Le camere sono accettabili ma nulla di che. L’intera casa è riempita di oggetti sparsi dei proprietari che le conferiscono l’aspetto di una cara abbandonata e non di un alloggio. Però la posizione è ok: 15 min a piedi dal centro.

Struttura da rinnovare totalmente Vetusta!!!

the owners are lovely and very helpful. The place facilities are the only thing I didn't like in my stay, but overall you get good value for your money. It´s a place near the old town with good people and owners

The hosts are the nicest. They will welcome you warmly and provide tips for getting around the city. The beds are comfy and make for a restful night's sleep. The only place i'd go stay if again in Zadar.

You could hardly find a better location...a 10 minute easy walk to a great beach; 10 minute walk from/to the city bus station, and a 20 minute beautiful walk to the center of Zadar. Also, there's a good kitchen located outside in a separate area across a large patio. The owners are "laid back," kind, and helpful, and the other guests were interesting and adventurous types, mostly young, but people of all ages were accepted. Rooms are generally spacious and clean with a "homey" feel.

Well located for the bus station and lovely public beach, both 5 minutes walk, centre 15 minutes. It’s a bit shabby and the bunks in the dorm squeak a lot at night (need replacing), but showers and kitchen work fine. There’s a communal yard, parking and a relaxed atmosphere. A fair price for a basic hostel. They only accept cash €.

On our trip we only stay in Hostels but this one was the worst we have seen. It’s dirty, disgusting and you have no privacy at all. In our room the wall didn’t go all the way up to ceiling so you could hear everything from the hallway, it was the same with the bathroom. The owner an elderly man just walked into our room multiple times without announcing himself at all.

la pulizia e l’igiene sono scarsissime, non esiste una chiave per nessuna porta e per nessun locker, chiunque può entrare dalla strada, il posto e le stanze sono sempre aperte. non e sicuro, non è pulito e non è protetto, il proprietario fuma in casa senza preoccuparsi che a qualcuno possa dar fastidio o possa essere asmatico, la puzza di sporco si sente in tutta la struttura, i servizi non vengono lavati da chissà quanto e oltretutto siamo state messe in stanze separate a causa di un “p...

This hostel is a good place to crash for a night or two. It was decent for a cheap hostel. The old man at the reception was very nice and the rooms were clean.

Es war schrecklich. Das sage nicht nur ich, sondern noch mindestens 3 weitere Personen. Es war dreckig und ich hatte super Angst vor Bettwanzen oder irgendwelchen Krankheiten. Einer meiner schlimmsten Hostel Erfahrungen bisher (und ich war in einigen Hostels weltweit)
