Really bad hostel

We really enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable. The location was great so it was easy to catch the bus to the beach or to the old parts of the city and it was just 2 blocks from an excellent grocery store when we needed staple items.

We only saw the cleaning staff, there was no reception staff. It was a bit hard to do the check-in as the cleaning staff didn’t speak english, but she was really nice and tried her best. The access to the terrace was closed most of the time. Overall, we had a great experience, the room was nice and clean, the shared bathrooms were clean too. Would stay there again if needed.

Clean room, clean facility. Overall good. Just make sure you will be in contact with the hostel how to check in. I didn’t get the instructions through what’s up like other people and had difficult time to get in.

Mooie kamers en ruimte. Alles is heel netjes en goed onderhouden. Perfecte uitval basis voor valencia te verkennen tussen het oude centrum en het strand.

Nous n’avons jamais rencontré le personnel. J’ai du laver la toilette de la salle de bain car elle était salle (cheveux, urine coller). L’eau de la douche faisait un bain jusqu’à nos pieds. Le plancher de notre chambre était sale. Il y avait aussi des cheveux dans nos draps. L’endroit est charmante, malheureusement en raison de la malpropreté on ne se sent pas à l’aise d’y passer du temps. Au moins l’auberge est très bien située.

The staff was accommodating, and atmosphere was cozy! It's a 30 min walk to Ruzzafa which isn't so bad. The kitchen was stocked if you need to cook, and the staff always cleaned the space every day! The only thing would be how finnicky the shower temperatures are in the washroom. It would suddenly become cold as I'm trying to shower in warm water and be switching back and forth between hot and cold (mostly cold). It can be managed but a warm, constant shower would be nice !!

Nice hostel. However, the staff was never there which made it a not very personal experience. The cleaning staff was often there but didn't speak a word of English. The hostel employees worked remotely and we never met them. Our room was spacious and with a good bed but directly at a busy street and therefore super noisy when we opened the window, which we had to because it was so warm in the room
