The horrible google reviews are all true. Booked 4 nights, stayed 1 only because we arrived late. Pool area looks abandoned completely and is super green and gross, the room has all the switches and power sockets hanging out and super dirty, bathroom was the worst.. barely any water coming from the tap, and it drips right through the broken pipe to the floor. Shower had no water, toilet was gross and smelled awful, big hole in ceiling too. Did not get a refund or even a response from the manager

I check out in 2 days. He wasn’t even there. If I need a bed&broom private, don’t ask more. But not worth for the price. It surf village and accommodations galore.

Rats/ snakes got in the room through big hole where the air conditioning unit was. Animals scrambling around in the ceiling. Air conditioning barely worked. Taps did not work and were not clean, toilet was not clean. No one came to clean. no soap provided in the toilet. Stains on all bedding. Sun loungers around the pool were broken. Doors didn’t close, gaps between door and door frame. Advertised free wifi but wifi must’ve been powered by a dead hamster.

Well, you pay for what you get, a bed, a bathroom and ... that's it. Not super clean, no sound isolation, just bare minimum. Staff was friendly.

Perfect if you just want a cheapish private room. Beds were comfy, the staff were really good and the wifi was good. It's not the cleanest or best maintained place but it does the job.

Sale, moisissure de partout, odeurs nauséabondes,des bouteilles de bière vides sur ma terrasse, poubelle pas vidée, serviettes sales, climatisation en panne,bref,horrible !!!!

Een iemand van het personeel was heel vriendelijk en deed meer dan het nodige (bv hij wou de kamer nog eens extra kuisen, heeft me weggebracht met scooter). De andere van het onthaal was onbetrouwbaar. Hij zei dat hij hulp zou halen, maar deed niets. Geen wifi op mijn kamer. Kamer was vuil (lakens en handdoeken met vlekken, stof, vuile badmat). Geen ongedierte. Positief is dat het er rustig was, geen geluidsoverlast.

The staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming! However the room was very basic and pretty dirty :( Also the bar at the front of the hostel plays loud music until fairly late

This place was perfect for my needs, clean, secure, simple accomodation for a solo traveller. Tbh i was a little worried after reading horrific reviews a few weeks before i left for my trip, but when i arrived i was pleasantly surprised, it was exactly what i expected for the price! will stay again

Nice stay, the room was fine. Pool is also fine but basic. Not really a social hostel, but location is close to everything social 👍

When we arrived our room didnt have a key and nobody could find so they had to change the locks, which could have been done before we arrived. There is no sign with the name on hw so you have to guess if you are at the right place. Bathroom door didnt fit in the frame had to jump against it to close and pull extremely hard to open it

Nothing like the pictures at all. Pool was green and very dirty, the rooms were dirty as well. Staff was nice but management didn’t help at all, they tried cleaning the pool but they just added so much chemicals I was scared of getting in it. We left the next day even though we payed for 4 nights. Management said they would do something but at the end he didn’t even answer texts. Don’t waste your money or time, we found an amazing place about the same price and good location.

I slept in a twin room. The bathroom was very light in terms of equipment (e.g. no plug, no mirror), not dirty per say but oldlike the room. Just two beds in the middle of a white room with no decoration, no proper place to put your clothes and stuff. It's ok but definitely not oustanding.

For the price, this room was an absolute bargain and perfect for backpackers on a budget. Don’t expect hotel quality facilities, one mattress wasn’t the most comfortable, the shower wasn’t super powerful either but overall satisfactory for the price. Danu and all the staff were so helpful and friendly. Location is great, a short walk from bars and restaurants & on kuta beach. Can also rent bikes for cheap through the property.

Great and friendly staff. I stayed in a private room though and didn’t feel like there was much of an atmosphere. Facilities were meh. But it’s a good place to sleep, centrally located, and clean!
