Turtle House Lombok

Really lovely stay, just what we needed after a boat trip. Staff were really lovely and welcoming. Would definitely recommend and stay again x

A huge thank you to Faesal and all the other staff at Turtle House! Before I arrived I got food poisoning, Faesal checked in on me several times to make sure I was okay. The next day, the other staff drove me to the hospital — so generous! Later that evening, they even brought me food, water, and checked on me again. Such wonderful people — I’m really grateful for their care and kindness

Perfect, super friendly staff! Helped me with my scooter rental and taxi service to the airport. Loved it!

Great hostel with great staff

Das Zimmer war in in Ordnung, jedoch hat das Bad sehr gestunken. Zudem war das Personal sehr unfreundlich, keineswegs hilfbereit und sehr chaotisch. Ich hatte nicht den Eindruck als Gast willkommen zu sein. Aufgrunddessen würde ich nicht nochmal kommen. Die Lage ist etwas auserhalb von Kuta, das muss jeder selbst wissen, ob das passend ist.

Highly recommend turtle house if you’re staying in Kuta Lombok. Faesal (the owner) is super kind and accommodating to what you’d like to do, and was able to rent us a motor bike and set up surf lessons very easily as well as get us a driver to the airport. The location is about 10 minutes motor bike ride outside of downtown Kuta, and right between the town and the beach. The rooms were clean and good value for what you pay. Will stay here again next time I’m in Kuta

We expected a chill hostelvibe in an not too busy place, but in fact there was no vibe or atmosphere at all. Not sure if there were any other people. The hostel and the area is dull. No breakfast nor did we get a welcoming check in. Our room didn’t have a balcony (as we expected from the photos). Its possible to rent a scooter and drive to the vibrant area (+- 10 min) but it is worth it to just book somewhere else. Beds were comfortable and AC worked Allright.
