su unico punto fuerte es que esta cerca de una estacion de metro, por lo demas es un lugar que ni si siquiera tiene indicaciones de que es un hostel, pareciera que todo se esta callendoapedasos, los muebles y todo es muy viejo e incluso pareciera que muchas cosas son recogidas de la calle. la cosina, el baño y el patio estan super sucios y fue en temporada baja que no habia casi nadie, no me quiero imaginar cuando esto esta lleno. El personal cero informacion para orientaorientar. Lugar a evita...

Kann man schon mal machen aber gut ist nicht. Viel Schlaf war nicht drin und wirklich sicher haben wir uns nicht gefühlt. Vibe vom hostel ist auch echt nicht so der burner

El lugar se veía horrible por fuera, al entrar no tenían los datos de la reserva de Hostelworld y nos dijeron que nos cobraban un recargo por e IVA si pagábamos con tarjeta y no efectivo, a pesar de que estaban los impuestos incluidos. Finalmente cedieron. Las instalaciones son muy precarias realmente. Las camas son pésimas, con colchones vencidos y las almohadas terribles. Lo peor fue que además de volver a intentar cobrarnos el IVA, estuvieron gritando, con música altísima hasta la madr...

Hostel bien mais assez roots ! Le personnel est très gentil mais les équipements ne sont pas vraiment optimaux (cuisine petite, salle de bain commune pas hyper propre). Mais sinon, il y a un extérieur sympa et plein de chats :)

Ottimo ostello nel centro di santiago, host accoglienti. Un buon posto dove iniziare il viaggio in cile!!

It's Ok but still needs to be improved and also the breakfast, I moved to a hostel where I paid almost the same price and there is a huge difference, this is a pretty old hostel, and it looks like they need to invest a little bit more in furniture, the price/quality balance is inadequate. The toilets are clean which is nice. However, the volunteers there do their best to make you feel welcome. Thank you

Le personnel est bien gentil. Les chambres sont grandes mais il n'y a aucun placard pour les affaires. Mon matelas était à resort et donc pas très confortable. Il manque des portes manteaux et portes savons et aussi des miroirs. Le seul est dans les WC des femmes. Il faut sonner à chaque fois pour rentrer. Vous n'avez pas votre clé personnelle.

Pas très cher , pourtant propre et très mignon. Personnel très gentil et emplacement parfait ! Lessive possible à 6000 pesos.

No real sign form outside to tel you it's an hostel. It's the big blue building. Nice and friendly staff

we only stayed for the night and that was definitely long enough, it’s cheap and that’s what you get

I personally loved this hostel. The staff were cool as cucumbers although prep your Español because they speak little English. Also; be aware, if you're looking for a stay in a modern, purpose built hostel, this ain't the place for you. If you're happy with a very rustic and dilapidated building you're in for a treat. The kittens are a joy! It won't be everybody's proper cuppa this place but if you've got your feet on the ground this is definitely somewhere you'll find the earth!

Pros: good emplacement (just near a subway station, 30min by walk from the center, 5min from a marketplace), 2 kittens that are just so cute and playful, very cheap Cons: they smoke weed every night and they play music at late, one person stole my food (bread and a can, didn’t even know it was a thing), there aren’t lockers and stairs to go to the bed upstairs

Ótimo custo benefício, a galera do Hostel foi muito atenciosa, com certeza voltarei!

Entrance and room were dark and not pleasant, bed and pillow smelled like cat piss, hot water was available only on request, and the room did not looked very clean on arrival.

The hostel is run by the owner and some volunteers and they create a good vibe.

We stayed one night here before heading to Atacama and it was one of the most gorgeous nights we have had on our trip. Rodrigo was doing a BBQ which was delicious and great value for money, the place had such a friendly vibe. two little kittens were the icing on the cake. Our private room was enormous, only downside was no hot water when we showered. Would stay again!

Hostal muy bien ubicado en Santiago. Tiene una atmósfera tranquila y familiar.Hay una sala de estar y un patio, que lo hace fácil encontrar con otros viajeros. Además hay desayuno incluido cada mañana. El dueño y los voluntarios siempre estaban muy amables y atentos para ayudar con cualquier duda. Definitivamente un lugar muy recomendable!

El Origenes Hostal es lindo y tranquilo. Muy buena onda! El lugar perfecto para descubrir Santiago!!
